I brought my car in for headlight restoration, THEY WERE HORRIBLE! They made them look amazing. The staff went above and beyond and took me to work and even dropped my car off when it was finished. Definitely recommend and will return again! 10 stars if I could.

Inspector's replaced our front windshield and window tint in 3 windows. They did fabulous job and it was very easy and pleasant experience.

After one of our company vehicles was broken into, we needed a window to be repaired. Allen and his staff responded quickly to our needs and sent a technician out right away to do the work. Babbitt ford tried to order a dash mat for my new truck thru Inspectors. They initially did contact me, but after 4 emails going unanswered I had to call! And they SAID they would order it today and I should have it mid week! We'll se IF it's the right one and if it shows up when they say it will.
They really dropped the ball on this one. I will not do any business with them in the future.

They quoted me a deal on the detail - it was a deal because they didn't detail it. They washed it and then forgot to clean the seats. I had to bring it back a week later and still they did a terrible job.

This place is a joke! Have been there once for my vehicle (front windows tinted) and they took FOREVER! Took my Husbands car in for back window tint. After spending three hours there they told me they couldn't get the tint to stick and would need to order a special tint. They never called back. Today, I thought I'd give them one last chance and call to set up a consultation for the UV tint they do on residential homes. Called, they picked up phone, held it for a few seconds and then hung up on me. You morons just lost out on a BIG job. I'll be calling the valley to have someone qualified come up here and do our home.

On my trip to Tennessee, a truck cut me off, kicked up rocks which cracked my windshield. No other company in Flagstaff was able to fix it, but after multiple phone calls, another company pointed me towards Inspector's. I called, and the owner, Allen, answered and told me to bring the car in. Within 1 hour I was set to go, and the work was flawless. The greatest thing was that Allen was straightforward and honest. I highly recommend.
