The customer service is above and beyond! The kitchen renovation company that we used purchased cabinet lighting from Inspired. We had some issues recently with our toe kick lighting and the renovation company is no longer around. We contacted Inspired directly for help. They were really responsive, and helped us to diagnose our issue quickly, it was a broken connector. They shipped us replacement connectors, adhesive tape, and provided a YouTube video with instructions to install the new connector, all at no charge! Great service like this is hard to find these days, everybody is too busy to help or wants to charge exorbitant prices. Thanks for the amazing service!

I had a custom-made LED pendant chandelier with low voltage lighting in it! One electrician had already screwed it up! One didn't want to touch it! But Jim and the crew at Inspired got it running great thank you very much they're a wonderful place to do business very limited hours you should call first! I visited many websites to research under cabinet LED strip lighting. Most sites offered the same equipment, but no one came close to Inspired LED when it came to their tutorials and examples of different scenarios based on the layouts of various kitchens. My compliments to the person or persons that designed your website. I sent a diagram of my lighting plan to the design team to get their blessing before I placed my order. I just received all of the lights and accessories and I will post some pictures when my project is completed.

Without a doubt the absolute best place to buy your LED lighting project materials. LED now dominates residential lighting and the owner (Jim Levante) is the greatest at helping people work out a project. Ten years in business and the greatest company to buy LED lighting from that I have ever experienced. I am not a contractor and they help you tremendously when you are doing anything with LED light.

What a fantastic product! In the first photo, you can see how illuminated my quilting area is now! The third photo shows how dark the area was "before" applying the Inspired LED light strip on my sewing machine.

I have worked with Grant Wilkes at Inspired LED on two projects. They have both turned out perfectly. The most recent was under rail lighting on my deck. Customer support from Inspired LED is fantastic. I purchased a transformer. After 6 months I had a problem with my track lighting. We thought that I needed an AC transformer rather than the DC one I purchased. Inspired LED customer service offered me a full refund, regardless of whether the problem actually was the transformer.

I couldn't be happier with Inspired LED's products and their customer service. I purchased under cabinet lighting from them 8 years ago when remodeling my kitchen. I went with the warmer glow lights and dimmable transformers and they looked awesome. I recently had my kitchen cabinets painted white and the painter damaged the light strips when removing them, so I had to replace all of them. Inspired LED was very helpful with identifying identical replacement lights to purchase and they shipped them out to me quickly. However, once connected the lights had a strobe like flickering effect if not turned on in the full brightness setting. I emailed their customer service and they mailed me two brand new dimmable transformers, all new light strips and a power supply with an open account balance to allow me to test the entire system. I ended up replacing the old transformers with the new ones and the flickering was completely gone! As long as I return the two old transformers, light strips and power supply in the postage paid box, they will zero out the open balance on my account. So they are covering the cost of the two new transformers at $75 each to ensure my lighting systems are working properly. That is awesome customer service! I would highly recommend Inspired LED for your next lighting project!

If you are looking for the ideal solution to under-cabinet lighting, this is it - at least is was for us.
