Don't sell any car through IAA, it will take forever for them to pay you!
I sold a car through them 2 months ago, I'm still waiting for the payment. I went there 3 times since then to get my check but the lady who is responsible for "selling cars" is not helping out and she is so disrespectful as well.

The worst auction to buy cars. Customer service is terrible, they do not help to solve your problem.

I bought a vehicle and they lost the key, and their response was get a new one.

5 times I tried to contact the manager and there was no response from him.

It takes hours to answer the phone.

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE

The price to buy it's at your own convenience I cant say anything about it but the trate of the customers service it 50/50 there are great representatives and also not good representatives like the guys of the fork lifters they are mad if we say please can you help me that was my opinion an review to share to all people that was thinking on get a car from there the person that attend me was not as good as I expected not good trate and she dont give me the keys of the car i have to come.back to get them.

This location was friendly and very quick. We had to recover items from our totaled vehicle. They provided a ride to the vehicle and waited for us to finish. They made it very quick and easy and I am glad it wasn't taken to a different location.

Oh they have beautiful girls who will assist you in front. It's a place where you can find new cars with some body damage for fair price.

The two customer service clerks behind the counters I spoke too were a bit unprofessional. You could definitely tell that they were upset about something and letting their personal life interfere with their work. However the people in the scrapyard we're all a pleasure to speak with. Which is ironic as their English was slightly broken. And the clerks both spoke fluently, you could tell they just didn't want to speak.

Be aware of this place and be careful these people are not honest they will hide even the biggest problem to get the car out, they sold my friend a lemon they listed the truck theft when it was a flooded vehicule everything totaled including engine and trany stay away.

Fast quick friendly service. Went in because my insurance company didn't do their job. I got a letter in mail notifying me of them applying for abandoned title. When I got there was helped with in 3 minutes of walking in door. Got all info I requested without having to speak with a manager or higher up employee! If I had to deal with them again, I wouldn't think it would be a bother at all. Thank you again for the speedy service.

Well - after reading other posts it's clear my experience is not an isolated incident. I am amazed at how rude and unprofessional the staff was. I've registered at Adessa in Chandler, Manheim Tolleson, Metro etc.and to be denied because the most comprehensive and extensive sign up process is ridiculous. And again, to top it off with the most rude and unprofessional staff I've come across? Not worth it. Where's the Regional or VP of Sales that over sees this for Adessa? TO ALL OTHER DEALERS/WHOLESALERS - STAY AWAY and stick to Manheim.

I speak little Spanish but here you need to speak Spanish in order to get good service.its a shame gieco uses this lot im ready to switch ins. Companies cuz gieco uses illeagals. EVarify and ice would have a field day with this place.hire some flipping Americans for a change!

These guys are thieves. I'm reporting them to the State Attorney General. I contracted with this company and the online company Peddle to have them salvage my vehicle. I left specific instructions to leave the check with the dealership where the vehicle was disabled as I was unable to dedicate half a day to sitting around waiting for them to pick it up. They failed to leave the check and they said the check was in the mail. Now it's been 10 days and no check.

The response I got from the company was that I could come and take my vehicle back if I paid the towing fees.

Great place to find a cheap fix-er-upper. They have an auction every Tuesday and auction off more than 1000 vehicles every Tuesday. There is a $200 annual.they allow you to come in on Monday's to personally walk through and see all the cars being auctioned off a day before. You can look inside pop the hood see exactly what you're paying for before making your bids

Phoenix Branch had No Integrity, Most of The Vehicles had been listed intentionally with false pictures and information. Check the Vehicle You Buying Before Even Bidding on It.

This place is an absolute joke! 1 star is way more than they deserve. Zero customer service, they don't treat you like customers, rather like a burden and a waist of time. There's better customer service at the MVD! This place sucks

The staff sucks in their rude if you try to ask a question they immediately direct you to the website which is a pain in the ass in navigate in the first place. You have to buy a membership and if you don't they charge $50 to go in and inspect the vehicle, so if you're not interested in buying it after inspecting it, you're out fifty bucks just to go look at it
