Run don't walk in any other direction. Office staff is extremely Rude and unprofessional they need a lesson on kindness. It seems they're more interested in a get them in and get them out process. I have not seen so many on a high horse in quite awhile. One star because I had too.

I would like to share my personal story with pain. More particularly, I have suffered from nerve pain in my left leg for 30 years. Prior to consulting with Dr. Seth, I would have 3-4 episodes of pain each day. They would last approximately 90 minutes each. Sometimes, the pain was so intense, I would be on my knees crying for help. Even when I took opioids like hydrocodone or oxycodone, my pain level was still significant. I have seen numerous pain specialists. Despite trying various medications, nothing seemed to work. And, since I was taking low levels of Xanax to control the general anxiety issues I also grappled with, my doctors were reluctant to prescribe any opioids for my pain problems. Things became so bad for me last October that I had to check myself into the emergency room of my local hospital. My treating physician there suggested that I see Dr. Seth for help. I took his advice and scheduled an appointment with Integrated Pain Consultants. Luckily, this was the turning point in my life. Dr. Seth and his staff listened to my concerns and came up with a two step treatment plan. First, I was prescribed Suboxone to help the address my daily pain. Second, I underwent a trial, spinal cord stimulator implant procedure. The plan was so successful that I have not had a single episode of pain for nearly three months now since the procedure was performed. What happened to me is the closest thing to experiencing a miracle that I have ever witnessed. I cannot express in words what it is like to live a life free from pain. I can enjoy life now without any complications. I am an avid tennis player and I am able to exercise without any limitations. The physical and emotional benefits of being pain free are wonderful. It is literally a life changing event.would give Dr. Seth and Integrated 10 stars if I could. Thank you fo your professional help!

While I was being seen by this office I didn't have any issues other than administrative service. It's terrible. I had one issue with my bill and had to speak to the CEO who did clear it up for me. Then my company changed insurance which this office no longer accepted. So I had to change doctors. My first appointment with my new doctor was 3 weeks out (first available) and during that time I didn't have enough medication to get me through. So I tried to contact the doctor I was seeing here and I was basically treated like discarded trash. It's pretty ironic that these people are in the healthCARE industry and seem to lack empathy, compassion and basic customer service skills.

Dr. Seth is a magician in his craft. Been under his care for 5 years. Always focusing on what’s best for the patient.
Have continued to used Dr. Seth and Dr. Saini with great results. Recent treatments for cervical pain from being struck by a car took some time and the pain has been eliminated. Different issues from before with the same result: Problem corrected. Thanks again Dr. Seth.

Staff is very friendly. They make you feel comfortable and confident that everything will work out well.

Though I have just begun my journey with Intergrated Pain, the staff, well, are amazing. It's as they know first hand what chronic pain feels like. Not at any time was I spoken to like I didn't matter. When you are in chronic pain It's refreshing to know that they care.

I can't give a grade as it's incomplete. I used the contact directly link and didn't hear back and I get another email to do this review. I liked the place, but they never called me back for a follow/treatment and were supposed to refer me to a neurosurgeon. Maybe they're busy, but so am I. I'll change the grade if I hear back.

If you need a pain management doctor you have found the right place. Dr Seth & Emily Rush are the absolute best! They take the time and really care about their patients. The staff is exactly the same way, courteous and helpful. Thank you for all you do!

Very strict scheduling, which is wonderful! Very friendly front office staff. Office very clean. Dr. Seth was thorough, on point, personable. Looking forward to outcomes of scheduled procedures.

IPC sets a new standard by which pain management should be modeled after. Not only have they effectively managed my chronic pain where others have failed, but they have treated me with the highest level of dignity and respect.

Staff is rude, things are not explained well at all, patients are required to sign document stating that they are to treat the staff including the doctors; nurses with respect. The patients are entitled to shown the same if not more! Without patients the facility would not be able to function. The list is endless!

Emily Tyler the NP is very crude. Makes false claims after I made a comment to Dr. Seth. Watch out for her!

Fake glowing reviews from shills. Was treated so rudely by 2 front desk unprofessional, ARIJANA & CRYSTAL. NO ONE APPRISED ME of filling out papers, nor the web prior to appt. I spent $40 RT on Lyft, TO HAVE MY ALPT CANCELLED. ARIJANA was a condescending rude unprofessional, in particular. No apology for THEIR mess up! I was in extreme pain, they could have cared less. Not only bad attitudes but poor hygiene and appearance from ARIJANA and one other

Most well organized establishment I have ever been a part of. They definitely have it together in every way. It took me nearly 6 years to find the right Doctor after going through 4 Doctors. After 6 exhausting years, I am happy to report I finally found the right Doctor here. They listen, they actually care, and they help you by exploring all options. Perfect!

Dr. S was awesome and she made sure to go over all my eliments throughly. Staff was nice and attentive. Didn't feel like they were looking down at me because I am in pain. So glad I found this doctor thanks so much to staff and the doctor for making me feel welcome:)

My wife is a retired RN with threaded rods in her back and a fused back bone and is in incredible pain. The IPC provider, accused my wife of lying about when her last prescription was filled. Because the Drs.are Trump Supporters they used their lie to kick her off of their pain program. I went to our providers at Honor Health and they confirmed that IPC Lied. I am going to my law firm and sue this company!

My Doctor just retired & he sent me to Dr. Michael Givens today. I was pleased with his professionalism. He was thorough and he explained new information about my medication. I really appreciated his help today. I look forward to developing a good relationship with my new physician.
