Although the service people were delayed due to another job, once they arrived they worked quickly and competently. Although this is only a one-year-old system, they did detect and replace an errant capacitor. The system is running like a clock now.

Minor issue with the mini split I had installed and they came out to look it over. The unit is working, just not oscillating and a replacement part may be needed.

Summer in Phoenix - of course the AC goes out in June! Integrity installed the AC and always gets my vote for service and maintenance. They come when they are scheduled and get the cooling back on fast. Five stars for schedule, price, and quality.

Adrian was great at explaining everything, fixed the issue and then took time to help us size each filter since we are new to the house and to Arizona. Great guy!

I needed an AC condenser coil replaced which was under warranty and Integrity quoted me $2000 for labor. I felt that was too expensive and I said I would go elsewhere and get other quotes. I found a very reputable company that was going to charge less than $1000 plus cost of refrigerant so I hired them. Meanwhile I got a call from Integrity saying they had my Lennox coil and when could they come out. I was shocked. Evidently they ordered my coil using my warranty without my knowledge or permission. Since Integrity had recommended the replacement, they said it was "protocol" for them to do the work. I was furious. The new company spent hours on the phone with Lennox trying to straighten this whole thing out - it took months. Lennox was not going to send out another coil until Integrity returned the first one since Integrity had used my warranty to obtain it. It took an entire summer and into September to finally get the part. Plus I ended up spending $600 for refrigerant to maintain the old coil which had a leak. I spoke with the company that recommended Integrity and they indicated Integrity was not at fault and what they did was entirely okay. I disagree and I think it was entirely unethical. I will never hire Integrity again.

In response to Integrity, we were initially quoted $2000. That amount was changed only after I said it was too much. By then I had hired another company. Secondly, Lennox never notified us that the coil was returned and was sitting in a warehouse in Phoenix. We were led to believe Lennox was still waiting for the part.

Integrity lives up to it’s name. Johnny arrived on time, did detailed analysis, fixed the problem at a reasonable price. No high pressure to attempt to sell me parts and services I didn’t need. That’s not true with another company I’ve dealt with. Integrity has been my “go to” company for a couple years now.

Integrity really followed through and really helped us during this summer heat. Everyone I had contact with, from the office, to the guys who came to the house, were polite and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
