International Minute Press of Scottsdale

Out of the 4 different Minuteman locations I've used, this Scottsdale location is by far the worst. I had them cut a few menu cards I had printed for a wedding. They cut 1/3 of the menu cards in half and had no care to the pressing timeline or cared to apologize for their mistake. When I asked them to cover the cost of the paper since 1/3 had to be redone they were extremely rude, short, and irritable even though they cut through the menu cards incorrectly due to their negligence. On top of that, they then tried to charge me for cutting the menu cards even though their cutting job is what created the issue. Shocked a business like this, especially when there are so many other print shops and I had been a repeat customer multiple times, was so anti helping their customer out. They screwed me over and tried to nickle and dime me along the way. Take your business elsewhere, or better yet buy your own industry-grade cutter or printer as I have done so I never have to return.

The owner Bo was very unprofessional in dealing with an issue with an order. In a market space that is HIGHLY competitive with thousands of print shops in Phoenix alone, you would think he would at least want to build a long-lasting rapport with his customers and treat them with the respect they deserve as the lifeblood of the business.

I cant say enough about them. They have bailed me out time after time.my forgotten deadline, becomes their new goal.last minute, no problem.next day, same day, you name it. I work directly with Ron. He is awesome. If I cant explain what it is I need, he will come by and work one on one with me to get it handled.their customer service is outstanding.
