So I shattered my screen for the first time and needed it fixed. I called iPhone Screen Repair Plus and was able to get my phone fixed; within 30 minutes in the same day. The staff was courteous and professional. If you need your phone fixed, go here.

This is business is a joke, I just called to schedule an appointment. Guy acts like he doesn’t want to even take the call than says they no longer meet you to give service. Sounds like they may have been making good money but now it’s too much of a hassle to give the same quality all the time.

Less than 1 for sure. 2 appointments, no call, no text; and when I called to talk to someone there was no one available so I left a message. No call back. They say their time is important but they don't have the same respect for the customer. DO NOT USE

Had Isaiah fix my screen today. Was amazed at how fast he does it. Like 10 minutes no joke. Super cool guy too. Wont get my phone fixed by anyone else now! P.s the mobile service is clutch.

If I could give it no stars I would. I may an appointment online for 9: 30am and received a confirmation email to ensure that all was in order. They no showed with no with not call or text to let me know they are either running late or had to cancel. After trying to reach out to them I still got no response. Awful customer service, will be taking my business elsewhere

Isaiah was great to deal with, he did a great job on my two Iphones that I had him fix for me. Awesome customer service right to my office door. I recommend him.

Isaiah was amazing, trustworthy, early to the appointment, patient with me and fixed my phone while I was running back and forth to meetings and putting out fires. Not having my phone seriously impacts my work, and he had it fixed in under 30 minutes. This was one less fire to put out! Thank you, Isaiah! If I ever abuse my phone again, I'll be sure to call you straightaway! AND you gave me an awesome screen protector! You rock!

This location closed and they no longer return text or phone calls to any number or email. I just had my screen and battery replaced prior to them closing the doors and the phone does not work.

First off Isaiah is extremely professional and knows how to run a business. After coming out the first time to repair 3 phones at our business, 1 of the screens had a short and wouldn't respond. He immediately said he would take care of it and did so the same day. Great customer service and his reviews show it.

My husband made an appointment with them yesterday to fix my IPhone 5S. We got email confirmation for 10: 45am today. It is now 1: 00pm and I haven't received a text, phone call or any type of correspondence explaining why they didn't come. I tried calling their office several times throughout the morning as well as leaving two voicemails asking for an explanation and haven't received any response. This is completely unprofessional. Making the appointment was easy, but ultimately pointless since they clearly don't show up. Wouldn't recommend this company.
