John was very professional and helpful in diagnosing and resolving the water problem. He took the time to explain everything clearly.

Had a major issue with a pipe break to our cooling tower months ago. The original repair technician made quite the mess and needed to return and fix it a second time. Fast forward 2-months and the issue was occurring again. Thus time John was sent out and wow! I wish he was at the company back then. Quick, thorough and clean! The other technicians in the job were so respectful of our property, staff and parents. Highly recommend Iron Horse!

I read the comments looks like mike at iron horse is an iron horse employee I don’t know who it was but driving today at this very time an iron horse service van I had to get in front of to get on the freeway while pulling my 5x8’ box trailer with plenty of room to spare at least a car or two lengths was so mad I got in front of him he sped up to get in front of me slowed down causing me to be in violation of the speed laws and potentially putting other drivers at risk. I got over two lanes to avoid him he flew over two more lanes to be in front of me again. I ignored him as he finally sped away. I kept my distance but may need to school employees who drive company vehicles how to drive and how to treat other drivers on the road.

Ethan was professional, found and fixed the problem quickly. He only suggested necessary repairs and was helpful and friendly.

Our water heater required repair because of the lack of water pressure. No hot water was being delivered to any of the water fixtures in the house. The water had been inactive for six months (Snowbirds).

Mike & Ethan replaced our water heater and installed a water softener.

I had a pretty tough install need for a very expensive toilet, so I called Iron Horse based off of 2 recommendations from 2 different people. I was lucky enough to have Mike G.come out to the house for the install. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and thought outside the box to get the job done. I am incredibly happy and will be calling Iron Horse and Mike G.for all future projects, big or small.

I was unable to replace a cartridge in shower that was broken and damaged, so I no water and it was on a late Saturday afternoon. Mike responded from west valley area, kept me updated on time of arrival and arrived on time. Mike was professional, completed the replacement in a timely manner and price was reasonable considering it was a weekend and difficult to remove the old, damaged cartridge. Definitely recommend Mike.
