2They cancelled my scheduled colon.and when I tried to rebook they said you have to wait for the schedular to call you. After 4 days of phone tag I gave up. They wasted my time. Now I will start over with a new Doctor.
Privacy is not their strong point. You can hear conversations in both neigboring exam rooms. Their portal is not working so the PA gave me an unecrypted email to upload my lab results. I gave them a 2 min privacy training since they were completely unfamiliar w HIPAA & explained they should stop routinely making illegal requests even if their systems are non functional. Iftikhar is just going thru the motions of standard western care, not compassionate or imaginative enough to discuss further treatment options despite chronic disabling symptoms so tough luck- "your labs are fine". Unfortunately finding another gastro in Tucson is nearly impossible.
