Let me start by saying Frank and Rime are fantastic, and they have some really great pieces. Now to why I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for high-end jewelry steer clear. Recently, I purchased an engagement ring. I proposed, she said yes. Within two weeks of her wearing the ring, one of the pave stones fell out. Given that I had purchased the ring a month prior and my now fiancé had only worn the ring for about two weeks, I went to Isaac Jewelers ("IJ") to have the ring repaired. I think it is important to note that they go out of their way to talk about the quality of their pieces, and that each piece goes through a "rigorous" inspection. Obviously, with what I paid, given the very shot duration of use, and that my partner hadn't hit the ring on anything, I expected that IJ would make it right, repair the ring, and assure me that it wouldn't happen again with such short duration. Notably, in dealing with this I worked with a salesperson and not Frank or Rime, who, to be clear, are fantastic. The salesperson repeatedly stated that it happens with normal wear and tear, it can happen at any time, that there is no way to prevent it, etc.etc. I have spent $100s of thousands of dollars on jewelry over the years, and not once have I seen a piece of jewelry lose a pave stone within two weeks of use. And logically if there truly was rigorous inspections any sort of bent prong or flaw would have been noted and corrected. So I went to pick the ring up, and the salesperson demanded I pay $70 for the work, which I found shocking. Frankly, IJ should have been embarrassed that a several thousand dollar ring is crafted such that it literally has pieces falling off within a month of purchase and a few weeks of use. Mind you, my offense was not over $70, but rather a salesperson acting like I was an idiot and that stones falling out after a few weeks should be acceptable Ultimately, after the salesperson kept repeating he had been in the industry for 45 years and talking in circles with rhetoric that made no sense, was illogical, and again, an embarrassing representation of IJ, the ring was returned without the charge, but not before said salesperson saying "Well I am not going to argue with you people, its not like you'll be coming back anyway. " I am a person of color, so take from that what you will. Ultimately, Frank and Rime are knowledgeable and fantastic to work with, but their salesperson is truly horrific such that I cannot stress enough that IJ should be avoided unless you are working exclusively with Frank or Rime at all times.

I revised the rating to three stars given your response. Just to reiterate, I think you (Frank) and Rime are fantastic, and I believe you provide excellent customer service. I would encourage you to speak with your sales person that was there on 8-27-22. There was certainly no misunderstanding from what he told me, which is in stark contrast to what your response says below. Notably, he specifically stated that other jewelers give warranties but Isaac Jewelers does not. Given my profession, words matter, and I am precise both in what I say and what I hear. I absolutely believe what you are saying, but please note that what a representative of your company is stating is contrary to what you are stating and what I believe are your core values associated with customer service and quality. Absent that very negative experience, I would give an unqualified five star review and be a customer for life.

I recently decided to update the setting for my diamond wedding ring which I had been wearing for many years. I walked into Isaac Jewelers just to get a feel for today's designs and pricing. Susan was completely professional and could not have been more kind. She patiently showed me a variety of designs over the course of several visits and I never felt an ounce of pressure. I sensed that she truly wanted to help me find the right ring for me. She introduced me to Frank Isaac, the Owner who took the time to listen to what I wanted - again on multiple occasions - and ultimately designed a custom setting for me that is far beyond my expectations! Good experience today! I walked in and asked if they could resize a watch that I had bought elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helped with my adjustment- they were also helpful with questions I had about other particular products.

We are looking for a new wedding set. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt attacked by the sales associate. Neither of us caught her name, but she had long dark hair and was extremely aggressive. She was very loud, talked fast and never really listened to what we were looking for. She was EXTREMELY pushy and came across very fake. We were completely turned off and ended up leaving. We have dealt with amazing jewelers and have never had this experience before. We felt like we walked into a used car dealership.

Frank (owner) of Isaac Jewlers is a true one of a kind gem! He and his master jeweler made me the most beautiful ring. He is very professional, fair, has competitive pricing, courteous and a master at his trade. I love my new ring! Thank you! I highly recommend Frank and Isaac Jewlers!

Frank is amazing! We have bought several pieces from Isaac and have always been extremely happy with the entire experience.

About 8 years ago our house was robbed and a ring that had been passed down for over 100 years on my husbands side of the family was one of the many items taken. This ring survived the Holocaust and was brought over from Palestine.

A few months ago my husband was mentioning that he wished we had a photo of the ring so that we could get it remade. I was able to find a picture that I had taken quickly with the ring in the box. It wasn’t great but it was what we had.

We went in to see Frank and he was able to have the ring recreated for us! The ring is absolutely stunning and a perfect match! We could not be more thrilled and we are so excited to give the ring to my in-laws for Christmas. This can become the new “old” heirloom that will be passed down for generations. We cannot recommend Isaac Jewelers enough!

I recently came into Isaac Jewelers for the first time in search for a nice watch for my husband. I fortunately worked with Rime, and she truly made my experience such a wonderful one. She was professional, super sweet, and shared such great knowledge. The store environment was enjoyable and I brought my husband back to confirm which watch he would like. An amazing selection with a incredibly friendly staff the owner was nice enough to take the time to introduce himself and I only buy jewelry from three people in Scottsdale and Susan is definitely number one on the list as always she helps steer me in the right direction and found me two incredible watches that I am more than happy with she is always very knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief I highly recommend a visit. I was looking for a watch in general and Susan helped find me two I could not leave without you won’t be disappointed when you visit

I bought two cross necklaces from Isaac’s jewelry, totaling $1,500 in charges. One of the cross chain’s broke after 1 month of having the necklace. I went into the store to check the necklace warranty, and the jeweler offered no warranty or discount on a new chain. After two weeks, my second chain broke even though it was known as the most “durable” chain the jeweler offered. I will never shop again at this store. They offer cheap products and awful customer service.

Terrible website with an extremely loud video that will blow your eardrums out. Also the video is just a classic gimmick of a blonde broad.

I updated my engagement ring with Isaac Jewelers and could not be happier. Frank and Sana were extremely helpful. After describing what I was looking for, Frank sourced diamonds and brought me in to take a look. I determined which stone I wanted and within a week, the updates were made. The ring is everything I could have asked for and more! I will go to Isaac Jewelers for any of my jewelry needs in the future.

I've had two custom pieces created by Isaac. Both are beautiful, perfect, and exactly as I pictured. He worked with me quickly to make my visions come to life. His knowledge and expertise truly stood out when we were designing together. What I also admire about Isaac is that the small pieces are given just as much importance and as the big-ticket items. I will be using him forever as our jeweler and highly recommend you do the same.

Amazing experience with Frank and his team! They truly made my experience purchasing a watch a memorable one that I will cherish forever. I had a fantastic Experience at Isaac, I'm in the army and due to orders given to me in a very narrow window, I wanted to go somewhere that was gonna get what I needed done right the first time and was executed as such. I walked in with a budget that was met, and a custom request that was met, and customer service from Rime that was second to none. My now wife loves the ring I got there and Rime even followed up with me to see how it all went. I recommend Isaac to anyone who seeks quality and precision execution.
