Isabel's Dog Grooming, Peoria AZ

My mom took her puppy here and not only was the puppy's cut completely chopped and uneven, but the owner told my mom her breed of dog doesn't usually get cut which is why the dog looked terrible. I'm not sure about you all, but I feel that's valuable information to tell a customer before hand. The owner did not even want to refund part of the 65 dollars paid for a 3lb puppy cut knowing the customer was upset and a poor job was done.

I take 4 dogs to Isabel’s and they always come home beautiful and happy. She treats them like her own.

Always takes good care of my moms dog. Very nice place. She looks good with her summer teddy bear. Thank you so much for taking care of our crazy fur baby.

First time ever going here and I will definitely be back! Not only were they incredibly kind and personable but they also took great care of my dog and gave her the best grooming she has had. She smelled amazing and was perfectly trimmed! It did take longer than I had expected but I have no complaints because they did a wonderful job and were very thorough making sure she got pampered with everything, even gave her some cute bows. Highly recommend!

What a caring, patient and thorough groomer! They gave my little Panda a make over and she looks stellar! Highly recommend!

I took my two medium dogs and it was $155 sometimes more, only reason I took them here was because it was down the street. My dogs had bloody ears on three occasions and it took more than a month to heal and she claims it’s from them shaking their ears. Probably her cutting their ear tips. Haircuts did not look great either sometimes she left patches of longer hair that I would have to trim up at home I totally will not put my dogs through this again. Not worth the money and on top of that my dogs being hurt. I should of made her pay the vet bill.

Took my dog to get bath and nails done. They are nice and quick. My dogs love it here. They feel like family. Always come here.

This was my first time bringing my dog to Isabel's place. I am always nervous about new groomers just because of bad experiences in the past. The girls did Amazing with Gidgett. Gidgett is a boarder collie mix so she sheds like crazy!
It was so peaceful when I picked up gidgett all the dogs were out and about all getting along and ofcourse gidgett looked great.
The girls put pretty orange bows on her and a Halloween collar. I can't figure out how to post pictures otherwise I would. Anyways safe to say! I found a new groomer! We will be back! The total cost I think was around $85-$90 which isn't bad! I usually paid $60-70 but they did great and plus she has cute halloween collar now. We will be back

I'm not sure if Isabel knows what she is doing, however I know the older lady -whom Isabel called mom- does not know, she trimmed my dog's nails too short and pretended to not noticed until called her out on it.

Do not take your dog to this place. Two of my sweet babies were let out of cages and lost, never to be recovered. A third was left in a tiny cage, so small that my pet couldn’t stand up. She was left in the cage for over 24 hours outside in the Arizona 100+ heat without food or water. I was so disgusted and sick about this, I threw up for the next 2 days. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else!

I use to go monthly. The last time I went in, I was informed the prices went up. Then that I needed to pay. I know credit card fees add up but don’t raise my price then ask for cash to avoid paying taxes. Today we had a good experience at Petco and I will look around again. I prefer to help local businesses.

Seems very good. Our long hair Chihuahua received the mini.the works but not shaved. I'll be a little more specific on my needs but they did a good job. Bathed trimmed, nails, anal glands. Very nice. They like animals for sure ️

They did a very bad job on my dog. I called them. Spanish lady.not nice.the said sorry is nothing we can do. They charge me $112. Out the trash. If you love your animals take them somewhere else. Please.
