Our room was fairly nice. The floor & counter were not cleaned. The carpet was old & stained. Over all it was a nice, comfortable room. The office staff were very nice. Service oriented & seemed knowledgeable. Hotel seemed to be in a good location to everything we would need or want to do. In addition, it was cost effective.

My husband and I chose Island Suites because of its high rating, moderate price and great location. We were pleasantly surprised with our room which was actually a ‘suites’ with a fully stocked kitchenette, living room with cable TV and a huge channel selection, large bathroom with an exhaust fan that actually worked, a fairly comfortable king-sized bed and a heating cooling system that worked great which included a setting where you could just use the fan for white noise and air circulation. The staff was great and daily room service was also appreciated. We didn’t use the pool, hot tub or have their breakfast but noticed those amenities appreciated by others.

I have already recommended the Suites to others I met at a meeting. Clean, everything I needed was in a perfectly sized suite. Clean, comfortable and safe.

The room and bathrooms were clean, as was the swimming area. Rooms were well appointed and we appreciated having a fridge/freezer as well as a burner to cook some meals in our room. Breakfast was offered, but we just had coffee - and it was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
There is no elevator for the second floor.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in Feb / March 2023. We came a fairly long way from central Canada. Lots of Canadians that stay for a month or two. Jason and his staff were excellent. Always attentive/ always helpful. The handy man who cleaned the pool did an excellent job each day and pool was sparkling and heated! Rooms were spacious with small fridge, induction hot plate for cooking and cutlery, pots and pans and dishes. Kitchenettes are very well equipped. I only made eggs each morning and then took them to the breakfast room to have my bagel and fruit. Breakfast room was clean and generally well equipped. Often fruit, teas etc were not restocked on a daily basis. We had a wonderful time golfing in the area. Beds were comfortable. Just two minor issues. The furniture (chair and couch really need to be upgraded. As well coffee is left on all day and often the smell of burned coffee in the hallways later in the day. We hope to be back year next year for a longer stay.

Solid extended stay hotel with a nice location not too far from the London bridge! Service is very friendly and easy to check in! There's only a vending machine on the first floor and there's no ice machine anywhere. The pool is also open and does not require a key card, however you do need to get the pool towels from the front desk that requires verification.

Because these are sweets the rooms are very large and are divided between a living room and the bedroom! Whether you pick the sofa bed or the main king bed it's very very soft and got a great night sleep! Plus they also have all the channels from DirecTV!

They also have complimentary breakfast which was okay. Not too much selection.

Awesome staff, clean room, great breakfast choices, clean pool. I will subject this hotel to anyone asking for information.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool and other facilities were good. The room was comfortable and generally clean, but the carpet needed a good cleaning and the bathroom fan needed to be replaced (exceedingly noisy). Overall we were comfortable for our 9 night stay.

Room was huge, quiet, and comfortable. Had a fridge, silverware,
microwave, iron, and blow dryer. And the price was right.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible. We are not fussy people, however, the "breakfast" had almost nothing that my wife could eat (bagels, pancakes, cereal, apples, oranges). The staff is friendly, however, housekeeping is lacking, we went a couple of days without the trash being taken out, and having to ask for additional toilet paper. We shopped locally to purchase body wash, shampoo and conditioner, because what the hotel provides, has some sort of dispenser that rusts and gets into the product. The cost of the room was nothing to write home about, we found fancier and better for cheaper in LV. I can honestly say, that if I ever visit Havasu again, I will look for other accomodations.

THe room was immaculate. Everything we needed for a few days stay is in the room. Staff at desk is very accomodating. We enjoyed having breakfast there so we didn't have to go out until ready. Easy access to anything in the city. We will stay there again.

Friendly staff! Very clean and seemingly quite new or remodeled facilities. Very spacious rooms. Wonderful stay!

We liked the ADA room. Nice and close to the lobby and breakfast area. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for my husband. Maybe make people aware of the weight limit when booking. A bigger person is not gonna like the bars on their back making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Breakfast could have some more options. But overall a very good place to stay. Very good location. Room was much larger than expected, and very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice, pool was warm. Very friendly service. Could be time to purchase new bed sheets, our fitted sheet had some pilling on it, we asked for a new sheet and were brought one very promptly, but it had the same problem. We just dealt with it, figuring most of the sheets were problably the same way. Even with this, we would defintely stay here again. Thank you Island Suites.
