Did not have great customer service and there is no follow up by the dentist or the office staff. I had to call back every time to get an update with no results. They say they accept dual insurance and when I asked to use my Veterans Dental plan, they didn't even submit a request to Delta Dental but told me no one from Delta was returning their calls. I took matters into my own hands, and called Delta and they reported nothing was submitted. Fast forward 11 months - I decided to go to a different dentist and when I called a staff member (Garrett) tried to save my account and said he would call me back. Two weeks later no one called me back and I called today to get a copy of my records so I can move on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND.

I had a great time. They explained everything and she made sure to ask and cover a lot of questions I had before asking. The payment plan is exceptional for the amount of work I need done. I don’t even need a payment plan really. I’m getting 7 teeth looked at and that’s the price after a free insurance will cover for an emergency tooth extraction. Crown, root canal, porcelain tooth bone stuff, and extractions! I was given a prescription for antibiotics and they were very helpful in finding the place I need to go. She even helped me with what mouth wash she uses to eliminate bad breath instantly when I opened up about my teeth work and how I can’t wait to not feel insecure about breath! But you can’t beat that when you also have an insurance that only covers the basics. They knew I was telling the truth because I flat out let them know because of my faith I am not feeling any pain right now (I had to steam the side of my head to take it away) bad infection, to the point where I cried and prayed and it went away! Literally, it was attacking me everyday! All day to where I was instantly irritated and mad, messing with my brain I’ll tell you what! Glory be to God first! But that doesn’t mean I neglect being checked and I still need to do my part to make sure and to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend this place: from the staff to the comfy waiting room, to the washer and dryer they have there to wash their blankets. It’s a home away from home. That is the feeling I got, they also put wording all over the walls supporting their message and that I found unique and creative. I was treated with respect and given a great dental plan. I can only imagine if someone has dental instance how less it would be. Awesome now If you show up with a bad attitude or you’re just having a bad day. You may leave it at the door and approach with a smile Ismile so your experience without a doubt will be enjoyable all around.

Oh and for X-rays leave the earrings off. I have 10 in total… lol that’s why I say anything. Be prepared:) it’s better.

Oh and don’t think this is to much I was asked for 4,000 by some places and just to get X-rays on my side of town alone 500…just to be seen? It’s absolutely bogus when we’re just trying to take care of our mouths. This prices are exceptional and the doc he knows what he is doing and gave me every choice I had that I can make and explained the process. My energy was very idk much, whenever I hear drilling of teeth lol kinda don’t like that zone but he said he’d make very sure I am numb because I’m not going with sleeping or drugs.
Which he explained were options.
Numbing will work! Also I didn’t catch her name yet but the front lady women both of them had A one energy!

Ismile at Ismile forsure

I was having tooth pain and they were able to get me in the NEXT DAY. I was brought in just a couple minutes after my appt (which is Amazing!) And got taken care of right away. The office staff is awesome and the dr isn't heavy handed. He really cares about his patients. I totally recommend this Ismile office. It takes me 30 minutes to get to this dentist office and it is worth the trip every time.

I really like the staff! Dr Spillers is an awesome Dentist! Very professional and friendly nice Dr, along with his assistant, ErikaI really like this atmosphere! Feels very comfortable! I would surely recommend Ismile to anyone, and I will surely be returning!

Over the years, I had a lot of dental work done, but all had failed. There Come A Point In my Life Where Dentists told me they could not fix what was already damaged. I had to come to a decision that was really hard for me, which left me to distance myself from people leaving me with a great deal of depression, leaving me with so much hopelessness. I felt like I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I came to my appointment with Dr. Spillers, He gave me so much reassurance that he could help me with my situation. I left my care in his hands. I am forever grateful to this man. He is not only an amazing dentist, but he is very compassionate and caring towards his patients. Never once did i ever feel uncomfortable or awkward. He has worked so hard, and I am forever grateful to him. I can not think of a word that can possibly express my gratitude to him. I'm super excited for I'm now close to my final results, and I feel I'm going to be very happy with the end results, and my spirits are lifting again. I had scheduled an appointment as a first time patient. I gave the representative my insurance information and the soonest I could be seen was 1 1/2 later. As I arrived early afternoon for my appointment, the receptionist told me my insurance wasn’t accepted. When I asked why wasn’t the insurance verified before the appointment since they had the necessary information the whole time, her response was to let me know the day prior was her day off. I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Garrett is phenomenal! He very much cares about the patient and is the most likable guy. He explained everything very thoroughly and was very patient answering all questions. Went in with the highest of anxiety and he was able to bring that level to a minimum. This place is very clean with the nicest staff! I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

Have been bringing my mother n law here for a few years now. Everyone in this office is kind and caring. I have never had an issue with any service provided. Would recommend this location to anyone that needs dental care.

Absolutely the best dental office in my 38 years of life. Brittany was the best assured to get me comfortable with a solution and even called me back to get me in same day. I cannot thank the staff and the Dr.for taking me in and fixing someone else’s mistake. I am a forever customer and fan.

I always receive 5 star service when I go in for treatment. They present you with an atmosphere of warmth and happiness. Their prices are very reasonable and quality is number one. I recommend this to all who are looking for a new dentist clinic.

Great people! The, dentist, the hygienist, and the staff are all great at their jobs and friendly and polite on top of that. Rare to find nowadays. Nothing has changed. These people are still awesome.

I've been to dr Spillers office twice once in November 2022 and yesterday 04/12/2023
And both times I've felt like they care about me and don't judge at all. I will be going back in May to get a plan together for my dentures and my mother will be coming along to meet him and his staff to get her denture plan going.

I'm sitting, fresh after my procedure, and I don't think I have ever been to a higher quality dentist. ZERO pain. Caring and compassionate and COMPETENT staff. I'm going to have one hell of a smile to show off soon! Thanks Doc and Staff! See you soon. +Extra Credit for good decor!

So happy w/ service and staff that I'm paying full price, out of pocket even though I do not have to.

FULL REVIEW:
I was going on a trip Jan 2023 and needed a cleaning.

I have great insurance but the PPO option, which comes with network limitations and what-not. Due to plan changes, I was going to have to find a new provider come Jan 2023.

I called my (at the time) provider but they couldn't get me in until a couple of wks after my trip. I called prospective 2023+ providers but they could not see new patients until summer 2023.

After trying a few places, iSmile one S. Park Ave.said they could get me in before my trip (end of Nov, to be exact).

Had my initial consultation. Dolores was very friendly and helpful in making this process easier. I forgot the Dr's name but he was very polite and helpful, as well.

I had my 2nd visit (the actual cleaning) in early-to-mid December with Karina. Fantastic. I loathe dentistry work, she made it feel very comfortable and painless.

Everyone is very friendly. Everyone is always smiling and always helpful.

I have very good coverage through my work.
These are not in my network of approved providers.
I AM PAYING FULL PRICE, OUT OF POCKET, and am going to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

That's how satisfied I am with Karina, the staff, this place, etc.

My experience today was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. A gentlemen Garett helped me from beginning to end. He went out of his way to help me and I really felt he genuinely cared about my feelings.and wanted the best for me.see you soon.
