It's Just Wings, Lake Havasu City AZ

I purchased about 90 wings. At least 3/4 of the wings were just a bunch of broken weird pieces. We threw out most all of them because everyone at our party was scared to eat the ones that were semi normal looking. I honestly can't belive this place is in business. Well over $100 down the drain.

This place was amazing when I first discovered it, now I’m disappointed every single time I order. Every, and I truly do mean EVERY time I order a side of ranch, they do not give it to me. Every order is listed to come with one ranch so if I pay for another, I expect two. It never happens, and only has ever happened if I call the establishment and remind them of what I paid for before my dasher gets there. Tonight was the last time. I’m officially done paying for items I don’t receive. They didn’t give me my extra dressing or my drinks. I’m not one to complain usually but it’s literally EVERY TIME.

I would have given them 5 stars on the food quality, taste etc. However I spent a half hour looking for this [;ace amnd when I finally got through to someone at the number in their ad the person that answered the phone worked for Chilies. Nowhere in their ad does it state " Its just Wings" Is in Chilies and it took forever. So, rating them on placing the order, the ease of placing it, then rating the food is all too confusing. You can rate the food but who is cooking it Chilies? Then is it takes too long or lets say they forgot the sides and utensils. THAT would be on Chilies. The food was great but the hassle of ordering and driving around for a half hour trying to find "Its just Wings" was just a little too much

Everything tasted like it was sitting out for quite some time couldn't even finish it just a waste of money I'm sure it could've been good but since it was a pretty bad first impression I don't see myself going back.

OMG the online ordering is worst than pizza hut! I don't have time to go round in circles trying to order online. They make it tough so forget it I'll go hungry

I don't normally do reviews but this was so bad I have to.it doesn't even deserve one star. We did pickup and it automatically adds a 20%tip. We had to ask them to add sauce because there was barley any. The fries were horrible, the fries seemed they they were left out all day and were recooked, we won't even be giving any to our dogs. The chicken was still raw. The pies were decent.

They were nearly 15 minutes late on my order and the excuse was it was cooking they gave me my fries and wings and they were both ice cold And barely any sauce I should have listened too some of the other bad reviews and went too kfc

If you don't buy wings here, you are doing it wrong. Door dash it and you will love it. The ranch dry wings are fire!

Amazing food. Didn't stay ended up getting it to go but only because we didn't know we could stay. So next time for sure we staying. Great prices also along with their food specials who wouldn't stay. Face it promotions approved.

No sign outside to let you know -
There is a door on the west side of the stand alone building if you’re there for pick up.
Otherwise use the front door for indoor dining.
Plenty of parking spots with easy access to the front door.

I ordered because my friends got it the night before…. Was delicious…. Checked in to my pickup space…. 10 minutes went by and nobody came out…ended up calling and the girl finally brought out my order…as she’s walking out…. She makes a phone call…hands the bag off and walks away…. Get home…. The fries are cold, no ranch in Any of my to go boxes and hardly any sauce on any of the wings…. Sad

Best service I've ever had service was fantastic the food was great the manager has a great team

They were fantastic! Got door dash and it very fast. The smoked bone in are perfectly cooked, and the sauces and dry rubs were all tasty! Plenty of sauce, but not swimming or soggy. They know how wings are supposed to be.

Don’t waste your money, little to no sauce and what sauce was there was blah. Fries were soggy and tasted like the oil was old. Just not good.

Ordered boneless chicken 30 minutes later I received a call to let me know that they were out of boneless chicken? !? Didn’t even change the amount to bone-in amount.also ordered the famous fried Oreos and then were extremely over done.first and last time
