Cole is the best. He went above and beyond his job to try and find me a repair guy to come to ly home today, instead of just scheduling me for a different day. We rely on our internet just like so many of you and to go without it, is not fun. Thanks again Cole you are a rock star in customer service.

I had an internet outage over the weekend and I couldn’t troubleshoot it. I spoke with Cole Hamilton who went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get back up and running. The customer service was outstanding and employees like Cole is what sets IWired apart from their competition.

Nathan was very knowledgeable about the equipment and was super helpful. I would highly recommended him.

Probably have had 5 different tech’s out now and I think they finally have our system figured out. Our most current tech Nathan was knowledgeable and friendly.

Tony did an amazing job in cleaning up the box where all the wires came to!
He also ensured that all appropriate lines were connected and working.
Tony was very professional and a pleasure to talk with and he explained things that he was doing and why.
Cleaned up the area he was working in.
