The owner Jack is a great guy, and deserving of your business. A true small businessman that actually cares how customers are treated. The salesman Lee has his mind elsewhere, and was altogether rude, and condescending. One phone call to Jack, whom luckily I had met the day before, and he made me feel comfortable with the large purchase I was making. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a fair price on a good car. Thanks Jack

Buyer beware! We paid cash for my fiancee car. 6k. Not chump change. These guys are playing some game about emissions, and wont give up the title. Bought the car in July.

Asked multiple times about things being wrong with the car I bought from them answers where “possibly”. I mean im sure when they buy a car to sell in their lot they check the car to verify in what condition the car is. The guy was rude. After 6 days of owning the car i started having issues. Paid $5200 for the car. The mechanical issue is $3500. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere don’t waste your time and money with these people.

I came in today to purchase a car that I had been looking at for the last week. Lee was extremely helpful even before I arrived. He was courteous enough to let me know that there were other prospects looking at the car so to call ahead of time to make sure it was still there. When I got there he was already busy with a few clients but still made sure to greet me, meet all of my needs and answer all of my questions. Lee made sure that I had all of the previous history on the car before making my final decision. Once I did make my decision, the buying process was easy and quick. Even though it was a busy Saturday, I was given exceptional customer service. I love my car and I appreciate Lee for taking his time with me. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great deal on a used car. Lee is not your typical used car salesman. No pressure, no pushy tactics. We did our research on the car we went to look at, their price on our vehicle was $2000 below other area dealers on same model w/same mileage. Car was exactly the way it was represented on their website. Lee was happy to move 12 other vehicles so we could take ours for a test drive. No hassle, honest and straightforward pricing.

Went to buy a vehicle and found what I wanted, Lee was great. Took it to my mechanics to have the spark plugs replaced and was told I needed a new motor. Called J&M imports to see how we could handle this and was told, if it started and drove off the lot it is no longer there problem. Now to me I would say that is poor form. I paid 5,000.00 and now have to put a new engine in it not even two days later.
J&M Imports, you get a 0 rating from me. I would never allow anyone I know get a vehicle from this place ever.

I had to purchase a new car ASAP when my 1998 Toyota Corolla blew its engine. I feared dealing with sales people. My banking and insurance institution USAA recommended J & M. They were right! My salesman was Lee Lubonne and I was totally impressed. Informative, honest in his presentation and a real customer service pro all in one. He didn’t talk down to me and answered my questions professionally. This transaction was completed promptly and he explained everything. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family for fair, honest treatment. A refreshing experience. I got what i wanted and stayed within budget. Many thanks.

Bought a car from Jack last week. Made a poor judgement choice to trust that the car was well maintained and in good condition. Drove perfect when we test drove it and then right after signing and driving it home it drove terrible. We contacted Jack and he said it’s always done that. Which was strange because that never happened when we drove it. Took the car to the manufacturers dealership and they said the car needs a completely new transmission. Which totals the car. Jack has not responded to calls or text since we told him this news. Seems like it was a huge scam. We will be hiring a lawyer to sue because he misrepresented the car. Please learn from my poor mistake and do not trust this guy!

I had previously had a very bad experience buying a car from a private sale. I decided to go the car dealer route this time around and even then I was still super skeptical! I walked into J & M imports totally on edge and having a very tight budget. Even then, Lee was super patient and helped me find the right car for my situation. I never once felt pressured or hurried. I've now been driving my car (Mildred) for a couple of weeks and everything is going smoothly! I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Got a great Chevy cavalier from Lee at J&M. I waited till 15day 500mile warranty up to put in a honest review and have to say its been one of the best used car buying experience I've had in a long while the car is running great very reliable and clean. Lee was great very upfront and honest. I WILL be buying my next vehicle from Lee, great cars fair prices!

Had a great stress free, honest, and fair experience working with Jack & Lee. When you talk with Jack you will find he is a car enthusiasts and knows a lot more about cars than just selling them. And Lee was down to earth and kept it professional & fun at the sametime. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic, who reported to me that the car was in great condition and had been well maintained and serviced. Jack & Lee worked with me to settle on a fair price. My wife and I are pleased with our experience in working with J&M Imports. I'll look to them again for my next used car purchase.

Bought a car from here and after purchasing took the mechanic to get some routine maintenance. Found out the transmission is done for. Contacted the owner and he refuses to even respond or call back. These guys are crooks. Do not trust them!
