Jack in the Box, Phoenix AZ

They said "System reboot" I said "I'll order on the app". They said they won't receive it. I ordered, they received it. They wanted me to park so they could take their time not serving. I know how Jack in the Box is on the inside due to a friend who was a manager and this is beyond upsetting. Wish they cared on how this makes the business look. They have a timer for a reason.

We got the chicken in our meals on Sunday and we've been sick with food poisoning ever since. I can say with certainty it was JiB based on time sympoms first hit. I have always loved Jack in the Box for a quick bite, just here with a fair warning to stay far away from anything with chicken that hasn't been deep fried.

People need to realize that technology is messing with our brains, and that we each have the ability to overcome it with alot of effort to.

Restrooms are not open and my toddlers need to go, employees didn't seem to concerned for customers and were rude to oth3r customers in the drive thru.

The dining room was limited seating but not clean. My tiny tacos were good, but my wife's spicy chicken sandwich was disgusting. It was not fresh at all. When she took it to the counter, the cashier cussed at her in Spanish thinking she did not speak Spanish. Among the worst experiences ever at Jack in the box. Avoid this location.

Love the number 7 with curly fries combo but my order was mix and I didn't get some of the stuff I ordered but they were doing alot of work hella big line in drive thru and people inside so I'll let it pass

I really only visit this Jack in The crack for them late night munchies lol but man at first I thought the employees just might have not been trained right or were probably too young to care. Disappointed yet even more I got to thinking they were just downright rude but now this establishment takes the trophy for downright disrespectful and they are proud of it LOL oh well they have not once tried to make it right or even acknowledge the situation and their mistakes but all we can do is laugh personally Jack for the commercial is hilarious and I love him!

During COVID, a restaurant should have the restroom open for paying customers so they can wash their hands before they eat. They also only allow one cup of water with no refill of free water in a 110 degree heat. At McDonald's you can use the restroom and get your own water but not this place. Hand washing is important before you eat and they denied me of that. Just spreading COVID here

Bad service, we pulled up to order and she told us one second we waited for OVER 5 MINUTES so we pulled up to the window and knocked on it and then 2 cars come behind us and they take there orders, so we drive back through the drive thru to try and order again and they told us to wait a second AGAIN and never did respond so we started backing up to leave and their crazy worker starts running around the inside of jack in the box trying to get our license plate number. BAD SERIVE

Nice scene for Cheap food. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. Bring your appetite because portions are generous.

This jack in box sucks.you can tell that they haven't change their oil in years by the way everything taste.they ALWAYS close their restroom. If I'm a paying customer and i order a drink, i expect to use the restroom. The mormip

They are prompt to respond to your every need except when you ask for ranch everyone gets greedy fix that Jack or I will personally start to tell everyone to stop eating there

Area by County Hospital. The Jack is Ok the surrounding area the individuals should cruise through, and thr form their own opinions.

Jack's is good food and a value price. Well worth it for Value Menu with a shake. The perfect fast food lunch. Breakfast is really better with specialty breakfast sandwiches. Best value for your buck with good fast food.

Been over 10 years since I've eaten, what we call back in my day "Jack in the Crack", after a day of moving I broke down from hunger and ordered curly fries. Absolutely disgusting, felt nauseous halfway through. Won't do that again. Sorry Jack, just being honest.

SERIOUSLY WHO PUTS ICE IN A ROOT BEER FLOAT!? And to refuse to do it without ice just because they don't know how? 3 different occasions and the same results, whoever is training the staff to fail Root beer floats needs to leave and stop spreading their basic.

The fat girl working the counter was real rude. And she didn't want to help us out at all. I love this jack in the box but this lady is the worst.

Messed up most of the order except they only got the coffee right. Even the oil for the onion rings u can tell the oil was bad like if they haven't changed it in months. Asked for plain hamburgers all had cheese in it and the breakfast sandwiches the eggs well u wouldn't know they was eggs because black is beautiful but not when it's eggs ewwwww

Sad service and terrible salads. I ordered two salads it had fresh lettuce all over the top and Brown dead lettuce underneath. When I return the salads they gave me trouble for not having my receipt. They didn't even give me a receipt at the window. I was made to feel it was my fault for returning the food. I had to leave my work and my patients to return my food and try to get back in time and they were not sympathetic whatsoever. I will not return to that Jack in the Box.

Better than Applebee's. Just finished a review on them. Food was hot and not sloppy like a burrito on a bun, order was right, and the fries were fresh, hot, and surprisingly crispy.
