I ordered 2 things it took 30 minutes to get my food, this jack in the box is the worst save yourself go to a different one

I was recently there and I have to admit that I had to wait literally an hour for my order, and I was not the only one. I understand that they might have been understaffed which I totally understand. I was completely patient in waiting, but I felt so sorry for the trainee that was coming out to bringing the orders out. I swear no other employee showed their face but her. She was getting yelled at for wrong items and the wait, even after constantly apologizing for all the inconvenience because nobody else was coming out and doing it. I saw her completely breakdown in front of me. I'm sorry but I think management should have stepped up instead of throwing the trainee into the sharks like that and they need to appreciate what this poor trainee was doing for them. The only reason I'm giving this location stars is because of that trainee, and hope she finds some place better that'll appreciate her and not do her like that again.

Went through the drive through tonight and both orders of chicken nuggets were left off of our order.not only did I pay for the chicken nuggets and didn’t receive them but they were for the kids. They need to improve their ability to ensure that the order is correct. The phone number listed will not connect to the store. So not able to call and speak to anyone.

Not a Jack fan whatsoever but needed to get something real quick kinda in a rush and hey stopped by and food was good! In and out nice!

Ok, not very fast. They are pretty slow on their orders.
Takes at least 15 min. To get 5 tacos. Just ridiculous!

One of the worst jack in the box. Closed a lot when they are supposed to be open. Rude staff. Our of items. Food orders wrong and or missing items. Have been to this location a few times. Will never. Ever return there. (Edit) management contacted via the text below my review. When I responded and explained it all. They have yet to email me. Or call me back.

For “24 hour drive throu” sure looks like it’s closed every time. 11: 50pm and there are two pallets blocking the drive throu lane.

Full disclosure: not a huge jack in the box fan.

Busy holiday season and family request encouraged me to get some dinner for the family here.

1. Long wait in drive thru. Unfriendly (not quite rude) customer service at order.
2. Quickly handed me my food at window, seemed like not quite all was there but was assured it was. Keeping the long wait moving for those behind me I choose to pull up and check in the parking lot.
3. Only half was there
4. Doors for inside service were locked.
5. Was not about to wait another 20/30 minutes in the drive thru to get all my order while what I already went ice cold.

All in all I will not return to this location. I've submitted via corporate but these are mainly franchises, so I doubt I'll ever get a response.

I will always give a business an opportunity to change my experience with them. It's unfortunate this one didn't care to take that opportunity.

If I had to guess the owner of this one has no stake in this community. I'd bet the owner treats and pays the employees extremely poorly and cares not about customer feedback as it hardly effects the bottom line. Shame really.

Ordered a jumbo jack meal and tacos quality on food went down they stuff it with more lettuce then meat and the burger with 3 jumbo size tomatos to make it look Fuller and also got fries that were very black and burnt. Sorry not going back.

Have come here often to deliver, all the staff are kids that dont really care about anything, the restaurant gets closed early because they just "want" it to and can plainly see kids not employed by jack in the box sneaking around inside, al in all, the worst location ive see

If you want your order screwed up in ways you cannot even dream of, go here. I’d be surprised if they tie their own shoes at this location. The labor shortage is very real. They are literally hiring anyone with a pulse. Good luck and bring your patience.

I usually would stop about 4: 30to get breakfast on my way to work but it seem lately everything you would pull up this guy would come on and say they couldn't get connected to sytem and before I was getting disappointed in the food I like hot food not warm. I have gotten to the point that most all fast food places don't get hot food and soggy limp frys. I have completely stop going to them.

There service has been very disappointing. I have gone there and they turned me away, stating they did not have anyone on grill, no burgers. A few times I've ordered and been given the wrong style fries. The burgers have become mostly bread, and no thickness, and no pride in their food as it's thrown together and smashed down. Jack in the box, used to be my favorite, but for what you get it is not worth the amount of money they charge, they have become part of the corporate America that is just greedy, screwing over the people. You get less and they charge more, and then your lucky if you can fund the burger patty. And filing you cheap fries when you ordered the expensive ones. Another disappointment.

I don’t understand why they have a menu because you order something that cost $6.79 and the charge you $8.99. And all they say is that’s what the register says

Not happy with this location. Third time I have been there and third time we've gotten home to notice half our order is not in the bag. How hard is it to double check the bag before handing it over to the customer? Tried to call to rectify the issue but no one answers and the line just rings and rings.

Amazing food! Hopefully they fix their drive thru coms so they hear your order correct and clear the 1st time, not miss anything in the order.

By far the worst Jack in the Box in Arizona I called and they hung up on me multiple time I show up to buy food they're open 24 hours they're always closed they always mess up the order and the list goes on. 6: 49 p.m. On a Thursday evening just notating the time and date so that everybody is aware that whoever's there now is a piece of caca

Half the time I come here they won't take any orders because there is literally 1 person working the whole place. Sad.
