Sketchy surroundings, drive through gets better service than counter, food was mostly precooked and flattened

It was ridiculous like 2: 30 am and the kids attending the drive thru make me go thru, twice because when I got to the window I asked him to add something else to my order and didn't know how because he was taking the order of the driver behind me. So I went to the back of the car line again and waited a lot longer to get my food because not only I was going to order again but their were 4 cars in front of me. But then the kid try to make it up to me being super nice and making funny and cute remarks.

It was fine dining, considering that it was takeout you know through the drive up and the amount of customers that you have coming in and going out and blah blah blah I would say that they done a wonderful job with the way the food was cooked handled and served the atmosphere was pleasant it was fast the people that served me had smiles in their faces they weren't stuck up or made you feel uncomfortable in any way they make you feel like you're welcome I appreciate it thank you very much.

I really hope the employees have their own hand washing station in the back because there are no soap dispensers in the bathroom. That’s honestly disgusting and I’ll never be coming to this Jack again.

The location is in a corner on a busy street side and it can get hectic but most workers are always kind and they love to compete. Use to work here myself and I can totally say it's a challenge.buy a coffee and some hash browns. Have a lovely day.

This place always give your burgers squished like the just throw on there fries are ok can be better service sucks.smells sometimes like sewer in there not all the time.

Well went in the morning to pickup some breakfast, But we ordered biscuit combo and the ultimate croissant combo. The coffee was cold and really strong and cold! They reheated in the microwave.and the food was terrible the hash brown was really oily and nasty! And the sandwich where poor!

The food was so so. The bacon was absolutely awful. The drink machine had very limited options for being one of the newer machines. Nothing regular all caffeine free and sugar free. Will not be returning to any Jack in the Box anytime soon.

This is a Jack in the box that takes ebt hot foods. This is very convenient when you're on the run to success. On everything, I'll get off ebt soon. Wish me luck!

Very rude customer service provided today by the shift lead/ or manager. Was standing in line for 2mins while manager working on the register not acknowledging the customers that she’ll be right with us. I asked for a medium cup for water & the manager tells the worker make sure you charge her. I proceeded to say I have no issue of paying. & then I informed her the restroom was filthy. There was pee all over the ground & the manager just ignored me & walked into the office. Very unprofessional!

Worst service ever every time and sulema is bad management every time I go there is issues and she is mostly there if not she has her employees back because theye are all rude too.they are all rude and disrespectful! Bad service every time or its wrong

Coo place, nothing over the top but above average JBX for sure. I always stop here on the way to the lower Colorado River for breakfast. For me, it always hits the spot before a long ride. Would recommend if you are passing thru and like JBX. It's by a Chevron so you can fuel up as well.

Seems like lately the food isn't worth it, especially at night, u get stuff that's been sitting there all day by the taste of it, the employees they have, I think r getting lazy, like I said, mostly at night, they have respect during the day.

So I got off work a round 2am went to jack then waited in drive thru just to start giving my order and the person starts talking to his coworker and stops taking my order then finally I put my order in and they then tell me they have no bacon and offered me 2 sasage patties instead (never gottem) so then tell me too pull too the front. So when I get my food the food was cold no bacon no extra sausage patties I ordered 2 hashbrowns only got one and it tasted 2 days old and my burrito had half the ingredients in it very poor service tonight and I use this jack 4 times a week if not more

Got the new mini tacos they were great, going to be my new favorite! I think for another buck you can get them with cheese sauce on them
