The customer service was remarkably awful. I understand how difficult it can be to work in fast food and won't complain about there being some attitude, but this was a new level of rude. The person serving us, an adult (not even a teenager), messed up our order, was hardly audible, and kept disappearing and not actually listening to take our order. The entire time, they were also throwing in rude comments and speaking in such an obviously annoyed tone that you had to wonder what exactly had made them so upset. This restaurant was out of almost everything and the serving time was very slow as not even the burger patties were cooked. We were not made aware of this until we had already paid for the food. However, while the food was not the best, it was no where near as atrocious as the service we received and was actually quite decent, so I believe 2 stars is a suitable ranking.

Miss having these back east! Had the original tacos. Tasted like the 70's to me! (Last time we had Jack in the Box) stopped at JIB 6 times during my long visit!

My son always wants the tiny tacos. I get a jumbo jack or teriyaki bowl. Always good. My mom loves seasoned fries.

Best spicy chicken strip u will get anywhere else. It's pepper spicy and was served hot. Crispy got French fries too. This is the first time I ordered from Jack the box and I loved it. U should definitely try the spicy strip. The chicken sandwich was good too. Not much of a sandwich fan but it was good here.

This is the only Jack in the Box to ever mess up my order. Wouldn't have been so bad if I could go in and get it fixed, but couldn't as the lobby was closed with a super long drive thru line. I couldn't even get it corrected the next time I went there, they just don't care.

Got the A-Team on right now. Everything was hot, fresh and not just thrown around. Perfect

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The food and service was absolutely terrible. Most of the food was inedible and, cold and dry. One of the burger Patty's was still partially frozen. Management needs to do something before someone gets sick from eating here.

Drive through took FOREVER (20MINS!), if I could have I would have driven over the curb and gone elsewhere. Finally got our food and it wasn’t accurate and to add insult the chicken pita had one piece of chicken in it with lots of lettuce… thanks

Visited during my spring break trip. Convenient location of the road. Fresh made food. My fave is the fish sandwich and curly fries. Due to the COVID, dinning in is not open but only drive through.

Burger combo and chicken strip dinner, both were not very good. The chicken seemed stale and tough and the bread on the burger was hard. Drive through only, service was acceptable.

This place has been drive thru only for almost 2 years that's pathetic and the food is substandard for the price.

We had a very terrible experience with customer service tonight! The girl that took our order was unprofessional and very rude.she barley took our order like she did not want to be there.she did not talk while she took our card for payment and giving us our food.we work with customers and we would never treat our customers that way just becuz a customer gave us a bad vibe before.she needs to be trained in customer service.asap! I love getting Breakfast here why? Because you get a just the right amount. & the best thing too is.you STILL can get Breakfast after 10am. And so far the drive threw been fast. There not like McDonald's. McDonald's cut off Breakfast way too early! Who eats burgers after 9am? I don't.

The burgers were slightly dry but otherwise the food was good. The tiny taco box was the star of the show.

The food was fresh, the onion rings were hot. They get dinged big time for trying to charge me $2.89 for a large water. Absurd. "Everyone does it" says the clerk.

I understand covering the cost of the 12¢ cup, but this is ridiculous.

Pretty hot and fresh food. The tacos were not too great but everything else was enjoyable. We got the breakfast foods and the egg rolls. The staffing was okay, they seemed a little short but I guess they were stressed because it was busy. Overall not a bad experience.

Online states closing at 11pm. Showed up at 10pm and the store was closed. Munchie meals only available for 1hour?

I was so excited to see a Jack in the box but the people didn't act very friendly and there was a bag tie in my actual taco so nope not sure really to think I just stopped eating any of it.grrrr very disappointed
