17Horrible place staff is rude and vulgar. Half the staff stood around cussing and not working while one poor lady did everything, she took my order and made my food, while everyone else just stood around talking
Growing up, Jack in the Box was my Mom's favorite burger joint. I went old school again as a shout out to Mom and used my boyfriend's coupon for an Ultimate Cheeseburger for $5. It taste just like I remember-delicious, and took my back to my childhood for a moment. Why don't I get Jack in the Box coupons? I'd come a LOT more if I did.
Didn't know the specials. Waited a really long time for food. When I got it was missing some of the rider so had ti go inside. The food was cold and old.
The guy that took our order was so pleasant and happy. It was a clean establishment and my chicken sandwich was hot and good!
The food was.okay.overcooked and sloppily slapped together and my cheese wasn't melted but it tasted just okay. The service was really slow, but they're short staffed since COVID. The person taking our order was very nice and very patient. She answered all questions and repeated back my order. Alot of people don't provide good service like that anymore. We got our food to go but the restaurant was neat and clean.
Did a mobile order ahead of time. Arrived at restaurant to pick up. Still waited an additional 20 minutes after letting them know we had arrived to get our tacos. 30 minutes in total. The entire point of the mobile app is to lower your wait time.
Worst jack in the box. The manager and the assistant managers in the morning are a joke. Shouldn’t be working in customer service will not come back to this location.
I LOVE that they serve breakfast ALL hours of the day.
I almost always get their Breakfast Jack. With a Oreo milkshake. Super-duper flame!
Ordered breakfast items in the afternoon on Christmas eve. Big mistake! Placed my order thru drive thru as i am handicapped and it is difficult to get in and out of the car. I paid my bill and was instructed to pull around to the door and wait. I was told it was because they were making fresh food. I beg to differ! After waiting for what seemed sn eternity a middle aged woman brought 2 small bags to my car. I had ordered 2 breakfast platters. They are a distinct size i assumed. I asked the woman if my platters were in the bags. She said yes. I was quite unsure so i asked her if she was sure. She said YES! As she walked away she very snottily said "merry Christmas". Before i left i looked in my bags, they were quite obviously someone elses order. I pulled into a regular parking spot and noticed the truck who had been after me in the drive thru parked there with a young man in it. I got my crutch out grabbed the bags and went inside the restaurant. The woman who brought my food chuckled when she saw me. I unpleasantly said i told you the platters were not there. The mgr took the bags and said he knew the problem and the poor customer gad been waiting a long time for his food. (remember he was BEHIND me in the drive thru) the mgr promptly took the cold food out to the young man in the truck. Apparently my food had been ready a while too so it was packed up and unceremoniously handed to me by the young man from the drive thru. He was obviously uncomfortable at being in the middle of the situation. Neither the mgr or the middle aged woman ever apologized and quite frankly treated me like i was in the wrong for coming there on Christmas eve! Maybe i was. I was treated rudely and in the end got cold, barely edible food. I will not be back to this jack in the box.on any date!
Wow what a disgrace for a business. The woman (dunno if she even deserves this title) in the drive through took our order, then when we pulled up to the window basically threw our food at us, didn’t (actually refused) give us our third drink, only looked like there was only two people working.
I was just in the drive through at this location and there was a bit of back and forth over the speaker from 2 employees trying to speak at the same time which is okay I understand it happens, that’s not the problem, the problem was when I get to the window and the employee John I think was their name, said his managers was being “ loopy” and “ probably on something” which really concerns me as a customer for the safety of everyone at that store and the customers. I hate leaving reviews like this but I was honestly a bit scared by how nonchalant they were saying this at the drive through window to a customer.
Very slow, I had to wait to order, and then had to pull around to park and still had to wait for my food. I could understand if they were understaffed, i def recommend to hire more employees during this hour.
If I could rate it 0 stars due to the fact that I couldn't order NOTHING DUE TO THERE POLICY NO BILLS OVER $50 & I HAD $100 BILL

Do you love being asked to pull around the corner despite being the only one in the drive thru, to better their drive thru quota?
Then this place is your dream.
All in all the food is always of quality it's just a matter of how long you have to wait for it.
This has to be the absolute is slow drive through in the evening and it seems like they really do not care you have been in line for 15 - 20 minutes before getting your food!
Overall this Jack in the Box, from service to food, was pretty good I have used this one for my family many times. I've gone to order and pickup food and I've used the online delivery service, Door Dash, to order and have it delivered. I like it because it's fast for delivery and it's close to drive to get food. When I use delivery my food has always been hot. If you like good service, friendly workers, and good choices of food, breakfast to late night snack, try this place. ️
Define fast food.you don't need to because it's self explanatory. But according to this location you gotta wait, park and listen to living on a prayer twice until you get your food. That's counting yourself lucky. But on a serious note. 3rd time here and I'm still in the parking lot waiting. Actually I'm still in the parking lot typing this!
