Jack in the Box, Tucson AZ

We drove through in a hurry to an appointment. Food was great! There was an incident when we parked to wait for fresh fries of an employee following out a customer. He was recording on the phone the people, car and license plate. The car backed close enough that the employee slapped the back of the car. Kinda worrisome.

They accepted my order through the app, marked it as completed but when we pulled up told us they were closed. Having to fight with customer service for my money back.

I was in need of a public restroom and so I stopped in before placing a "to-go" order. The cashier quickly unlocked the restroom and allowed me to use it.

Drive thru closed at random time while only 2 people in the lobby, and when it's open, I pray i dont get the black kid with the braces he is absolutely horrible at his job seems like when the shift includes the 3 young guys that are there in the afternoon everything is cold and prepared poorly.

I love, love, love Jack in a Box and always have! Their eggy tasting homemade chocolate shakes are unbeatable anywhere and their fabulous breakfast jacks are served anytime; as far as I'm concerned, if breakfast jacks and chocolate shakes were all they served, it would still be a great place to eat! I love the cozy spot they're located at and they are popular with a great deal of people! Did I forget to mention their famous, to die for onion rings? No fast food place comes even remotely close! Their staff is great too.

Tacos were good, salad was blah. Went through drive thru they had me pull around to wait and they forgot to bring out the tacos. So I had to go in anyways.lots of graffiti on the building

Guy from drive-through completely ignore my coupons.and charge me full price. Did not make it right or even offer to make it right. So I won’t be going back.

Website says it’s drive through is open 24 hours but it isn’t. Placed an order for pick up around 10pm and the whole place was closed, even the drive through. There were 2 other people there before me and another 2 showed up while I was there. Drive through never opened. I went up to the front and I could see a guy in there in the dark sitting in the corner looking like he was sleeping.

No option to cancel the order so called a few times and never got an answer. Ended up calling my credit card company to cancel the order. They shouldn’t be taking online orders from customers if they’re closed.

Ended up getting Mexican food which was delicious!

My order was incorrect, I sent an email about it and was told I would get a call back, suprise -suprise, never heard from anyone else.

I don't Understand why it is advertised as a 24 drive through, at 9: 30pm I went to another location just to be told they don't take orders. Came here just to hear they don't take orders. There is never a shift leader or a supervisor. On a crazy occasion we can get food it cold and poor quality. Time to take my business somewhere else.

Probably the worst jack I have been to. Out of some items, service was slow but friendly and the food was not up to Jack standards.

If the manager is working, she will let you use expired coupons.
And the soda machine is like the ones @ the movie theater.it's like a hundred different flavors you can mix and match of the Coca-Cola drinks

Went through the drive 30 at 10: 30 in the morning hamburger was cold french fries were cold only live 3 minutes driving time from the place will not be going again this is the fourth time it has happened to me in 6 months their manager and people aren't worth it

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat in line behind one other car for almost 15 minutes. The third time I've been to this place and every single time I get food from here it's COLD! Fries are hard sandwich is cold and hard. I mean come on ridiculous. These people should be ashamed serving food like this! I paid almost 12 dollars for cold hard food.

Slow and not consistent along with no help for 10-15 mins and waiting for food for 20 mins when there was no one there in drive thru or in store. Cashier actually looked at me and said be right there and then left for the day
