Jack in the Box, Tucson AZ

Went there heavily intoxicated with my wife and had troubles ordering our food due to our own faults, Shaqur, Muhammad, and Sarah were very patient, our food was prepared perfectly and very delicious. Sarah was super chill and understood my wife and I were vibing pretty hard. She made our trip fun and enjoyable and the back of the house staff had our food prepared in a very fast manner. Have been going there for a while, and my wife and I don't see ourselves going to any other jack n the box.

Do not come here customer service sucks we have been here for a hour and still haven’t gotten our order.

My son and I went through the drive-thru for lunch. The person taking her order was professional and friendly. Our food was excellent and piping hot. I especially recommend things other than burgers such as tacos and egg rolls.

I've had issues with this place before, mostly staffing issues, which is every place nowadays, not just there. Anyway, I went there today, and everything was good, the woman that helped me was extremely friendly and the service was fast without comprimising quality. Couple more visits like this and I'll probably bump them all the way back up to 5 stars on everything.

Very clean. It was quite and my two yr son son was not. However, they weren't bothered, and remained respectful with real warm welcoming smiles

This morning I ordered a #22 and halfway through eating my sandwich I realized I was eating a moldy bun. I was super sick for 2 hours after eating it. I threw up and had a fever.

Too many people hanging around drive thru area didn't feel comfortable with people asking me for change

They forgot my drink and put no toppings on the burger.how do you even manage to do that lol

As Jack in the Box goes I was prepared for normal but wow. The staff was absolutely the best. Super friendly and clean. I just can't say enough about the staff and restaurant. The food was piping hot fresh. So. Visit the Grant Ave Jack in the Box for amazing food and customer service.

I can't believe I ordered the Rotten Patty ribeye burger! Never again will I return to a place where the cook knows no shame! So sad!

This Jack in the box was very good awesome they were getting slammed left and right what borders in the Drive-Thru and at the counter but still managed to get the food out any good order fashion time thank you Jack-in-the-Box employees keep up the good work

There idiots just like other jitb in tucson. Especially craycroft and 22nd. This one isnt as bad as the 22nd store.thats about the only positive.

I'm not a big Jack in the Box fan. Years ago I loved next to one and got burned out in a major way. However, I've been making regular stops for their milkshakes and they are divine. The employees are exceptional, and recently I had a burger. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was burger perfection. Not one have I felt rushed. Not one has anyone been anything but polite. Since COVID, that in itself is a big deal, but combined with made to order delicious fast food, you just can't do any better than this Jack in the Box.

Seriously this was $10.00? $12 something with tax I'm so disappointed the quality of food has gone down, including the portion sizes.but prices continue to go up. $10 for a burrito not much bigger than the hot sauce packet it is next to.disappointed.

Employee are rude as hell have no manners and don't care if they mess up your order absolutely would not go there again
