Jack in the Box, Tucson AZ

Haven't been here in about a year due to their lack of perfomance. Decided to give them another chance tonight and well, never fails. They forgot to give us our orders of tacos. I widh i've kept track of all the food we've been charged for that we never got. Its not worth going back but it added up. At leat they gave us the taco sauce.adding to this post.fool me once, shame on you fool me twice shame on me. 4 months later and you guys did the same thing to me. Im embarrassed for even going back and i will never come here or to another jack in the box again. Plenty of other burger places around here that can get the order right.

My girlfriend and I had errands in the area, and she had never tried a sourdough jack before. It's fast food, and can't describe it as a place to go out of the way for. But, service was nice, reasonably fast, and the food came out hot and fresh.

It was freezing in the restaurant:) but the staff was friendly and service was quick. Food was warm. Overall a positive experience

It's a jack in the box, not quite as clean looking as others so that's concerning.

Can't even make milkshake the bare minimum smh. If I wanted a blizzard I would have went to dairy Queen.

As my wife and I were coming to the drive-thru to get breakfast, we were met with a stinky attitude. The second we pulled up the" customer service rep" in the drive-thru was rude, short tempered and ugly to us. Once we got up to the window Not only were we ignored but we were repeatedly cut off by this person each time we tried to answer the questions he was asking. I only hope that management will do something about this poor attitude in this store. It really brings down the quality of service. I've gotten better customer service at a 7-Eleven. And to put the icing on the cake once our food was given to us after being parked for 20 minutes with no one else and drive-thru mind you, there were items missing and we didn't receive our drinks. Absolutely disgraceful.

8 people working not busy takes 7 minutes plus to get food and then stuff is still missing from a small order and the wedges have a small drizzle of sauce ridiculous will not be going again. Even forgot fries how do you forget fries

It's a typical fast food. Perk is they have breakfast all day, and the food isn't bad, it just depends on when you go. The staff seems to be young, so they're a bit lack luster.

It's good for late night eggrolls.they offered me teriyaki sauce but gave me sweet and sour instead. It was a friendly drive thru interaction and the food was fresh. The parking lot and entrance are rough.

My family and I went at night, The girls on the drive threw were great, so very open and friendly.

Pretty good service, although you might as well get regular size with your meal because they give you the same amount of fries as a small in a large.

Trucker Life! Looking for something to eat besides the usual truck stop meals. Saw this place close by so my wife and I decided to head to this location and grab something to eat before we hit the road again. Ordered a large number 1 meal on the menu with curly fries and a Sourdough Jack sandwich. The total amount was shy of $22. I was surprised, shocked even at how expensive this place is compared to other Jack's. The food is not bad but man I felt being robbed. This Jack won't be on my mind the next time I'm in this area.

Stop asking me to park in front when I haven't got me food yet. Especially when there's no parking in the parking lot. It's RUDE at best.

I don't know how this place can be considered a FAST food place anymore! I ordered my food in the drive thru, 1 munchie meal at 1: 15, they had me park and wait.didn't get my food until 1: 45! It's not super busy and there were 4 or 5 employees working! There is no excuse why I should have to wait 30min for 1 meal! Absolutely atrocious service! Worst location ever! If I could rate it a negative score on a number line, I would!

Fast service and well made food well cooked I enjoyed coming here late night the employees were actually very polite too unlike other drive-thrus. The place was also quite a clean location.

Road trip drive through visit we ordered a 21 and two 22's. First visit for me in decades but I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast sandwiches. I'll definitely consider Jack in the future.

When I'm in Tucson, this is my spot to refill on gas and grab something to eat before getting on the highway.

Order the new steakburger I thought they made burgers fresh as you ordered them.tomatoes disgusting took one bite and threw it away fries were cold teriyaki bowl more rice than meat and drowning sauce kind of disappointed I sorry J. IB looks like MD from now on.

Ordered the ribeye sandwich, it was dryer then Arizona, I'm definitely not coming back here.
