Jack in the Box reviews
16Lots of tweekers outside just begging for money, but not a bad spot to eat a good breakfast
Arrived at 7: 15p at the drive thru and the attendant was clearly on drugs or drunk slurring her words. Not making any sense after finally being able to place more order I was told to pull to the front even though there was not body behind waited for about 20 mins then went to pick up my food and the cup holder i was told that they were out of.
Good food and the employees are nice but the whole area there in crackhead land. I could be wrong it may not just be crack but they literally got rid of the bus stop in from it JIB.
I never eat there and keep my windows up when in drive thru
Haven't been inside but the food is usually on point. Lots of homeless in the area but that isn't their fault.
Unlike my recent stop at a Tucson Jack in the Box, this Jack was spectacular. As always, large #7 and two tacos. Everything in the bag was piping hot and very delicious. I would blame it on hunger because everything tastes better when you are hungry, but I almost didn't stop because I didn't feel hungry. It is meals like this that have pushed Jack to the top of my Fast Food Super Stars list. The sevice was amazing as well. But, with as great as the food and service was, the most impressive thing I saw was the Store Manager in the parking lot picking up trash and making sure the outside of the restaurant was as clean as the inside. They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Kudos to you, Mrs. Manager for making a lasting impression. Job well done! 5 stars across the board. Congrats! I will be back.
Terrible part of town, really slow service when there were no other customers. Of course the food is the food, but yeah I wouldn't stop here if you are in a hurry, and I also would not want to get out of the car here. A guy literally hopped out of his car to buy drugs from a random dude on the sidewalk while I was in the drive thru
Crystal you're amazing thank you for exceptional service a made to order shake and treating the less fortunate with decency and respect
I went to the drive through at 5am this morning and they said only app orders I was trying to order through my phone and the employee told me to park my car in the parking lot because I was killing her time. Rude. There was nobody behind me. I was infront of the menu at the drive through trying to order through the phone because that's the only option they gave to order. Then she got real loud so I drove off.
What a run-down location. Employees talking on the phone. Showing coworkers videos all while trying to take my order. It was like I interrupted their little party.
Early 30 year old Female cashier was very rude and seemed like it was an inconvienience to be a customer there.
Awful customer service. I would NEVER, EVER come to this establishment again. To contribute to these people's paycheck would be the last thing I'd ever do. These people were disgusting.
They keep locking the front door making me not want to go there.i have been there twice and twice the door was locked.why it was afternoon? I won't be trying to go for a third time to find it open but locked
The food was like you'd expect at Jack-in-the-Box. We are not from Tucson, and J-i-t-B was the only thing open on our way to the hotel. The restaurant's location is not somewhere safe at night (11 pm). It is next to a sketchy bus stop, and two drugged out people, one with gun, came up to the window and started talking to the server at the window. Then he just stood there in front of our car giving my husband threatening looks. The drive-thru has a large curb, so we were stuck there. There was not a huge line, but the service was very slow.
Just needed to use the bathroom (it was clean) but didn't want to be that guy so I ordered some fries. Had to wait for them but fresh fries that taste good are always worth it.
After a long wait, I didn't get part of my order. Atmosphere was horrible. But that has been a problem for a long time. With all the transients in the area.
