THE LEVEL'S OF DISRESPECT My husband and I come here more then we should every time we do its more then a problem they ask us to pull up every single time even when there not busy nor if I've ordered even a couple items "EVERY TIME CAN U PULL UP " waiting up to 45mims at time's but we didn't nor haven't complained until tonight this 1 employee seen our order was up and straight walked away keeping us and a line of car's waiting for several mins smh I've worked with fast food in my life so I understand just how hectic things can get but when your employee deliberately walks away from the order with a smile while keeping all of us waiting is not good costumer service I will not be coming back here nor will I be recommending this location to others. Follow protocol do you're job's and stop standing around Geez.

The secret menu tacos are super good, not to mention the taco sauce, they have been greatly modernized, and improved in many aspects.

Was forced to wait in drive thru while all other orders were made. After waiting 20 minutes order arrived cold and over cooked. Was tempted to call health depth to get them in trouble for slow service and lazy attitude. Will never eat there again

We had to wait for our food then they didn't bring it all and they had the doors locked so we had call them a couple times before they finally picked up and then they said sorry and brought it out. They didn't give me the sauces I asked for either. I felt like they were mad cause the girl that brought the food out wasn't very happy that they messed up. We waited about 10-15 for our food then like another 10 to get a hold of them for the food they forgot to give us. Not sure if I will visit that exact location again but will visit Jack in the Box again.

Don't get me wrong. I love Snoop and Jack. Hell, I'm going to his concert in August. The price for that box is ridiculous. Taco bell has similar and it cost $5. You want me to pay $14 for a name. Nope not doing it

Can't rate the atmosphere for I wasn't there. I used Uber eats, however Uber has their menus wrong, but upon calling the actual store and the Uber Driver, the store manager corrected the issue and even went above and beyond along with the Uber driver returning and coming back a second time due to the error in the Uber Eats menu. So it wasn't the store, any of the employees or the drivers fault. No it was Uber Eats and Corporate not getting their menus right. Not the first time Uber Eats has done this nor was the app in anyway helpful when I noticed the order was wrong. Other than it connecting me to the driver but again, it wasn't their fault. So, I'll definitely order here again, and tipped the driver well. But as for the app Uber Eats, bye bye Felicia never again. Let alone the charges they add to the orders. Not worth the hassle. For they make businesses look bad by not keeping their platform updated. Do not recommend ordering from Uber Eats at all. But again. The driver was awesome and so was the store manager when I called. 5 star service for sure. 0 for the app.

This is the crackhouse of jack in the boxes. Do NOT come here unless you are desperate for fast food. They're in a terrible part of town with tons of druggies.

Very, very bad customer service, first by the window to order and then to pick up the food.

I've been going here for years. Doesn't matter the time of day or night, the foods always great (and that's saying a lot for fast food)

If you are going to make me pull around and wait for my food, at least give hot food. It's not worth the price or my time.

Ordered 12 orders of tacos with NO lettuce and all of them had lettuce I wish they'd get there stuff together and such horrible attitudes from the employees totally disgusted with the service and the wait for the tacosade me late to return to work

Good always hot. If sauces qty are asked for no hassle is given. Upcharge not any issue unless qty is excessive.
Egg rolls awesome as well as jalapeno poppers. Chicken items great.
I'm not a hamburger person.
Staff are ALWAYS nice and respectful.
Good place for fast food.
Diet 7-up for non caffeine drinkers.

I ordered a teriyaki bowl had to wait 15-20 minutes, but when I got home there was no teriyaki sauce

There is nothing wrong with this place. It was just empty sort of. But the food was very good! I haven't been to Jack in the Box in over 40 years, and I can say I wasn't disappointed. I will come again.

The person infront of me took 10 minutes to order their food. There was no person in front of them. And then I had to wait another additional 10 minutes in line to pick up my food. It was ridiculous why did it take 10 minutes to order food? I went to the window and it took me less than a minute to order my stuff. It was just ridiculous that I had to wait in line for nearly 20 minutes.

I like coming in here and grabbing a quick bite after work a lot. The staff are great and the place is always spotless. Thanks.
