I saw them do drugs through the window, that’s why they didn’t wanna take me order, ghetto

Customer service is mid, burnt chicken sandwiches, unloaded "Loaded wedges", and two tacos THAT I PAID FOR are unreceived

I have officially taken this location off of places to eat! Only cash after hours. Sketchy right? Probably pocketing $$. Even if you happen to have cash chances are they are out of something you want. Save yourself the trip!

Very early this morning around 5 am, I went to go get an iced coffee. I was told they're only accepting Uber eats n door dash at that time. What the heck, if you're open 24/7, you should be accepting ANY order! There are people who have to be to work by 6 ya know.

Fries were reheated and nasty.closed at random hours of the night. So take down the 24hour signs

One time they said their night crew left and they couldn't except any drive thru orders but when I drove around they were in the back having a smoke break.another time no Debit.another time out of lettuce. I stopped going after 7pm. I go to the one on 75th Ave and Indian School Rd now even if it's out of my way but most of the time I go to In and out.

I have been trying different locations and this is by far the best! The staff was great, the girl at the drive-through window in the later evening was very nice and the FOOD WAS SPECTACULAR! Nice job night crew you guys rock thank you for my great dinner!

Worst jack in the box ever. Waited for about 10 minutes before order was taken. Asked for curly fries. Got regular. Asked for a plain cheeseburger for my son got it full of sauces and really sloppy. When I had them correct our order I was not rude. And associate had a lot of attitude. I know fast food can be overwhelming but if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on customers.

It was very empty and somewhat clean, soda machine isn’t running they have it completely turned off. Other than that food was great

My recent visit to Jack in the Box was unfortunately disappointing. I went through the drive-thru, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the rush of customers. As a result, the wait time was long, and the options available were limited to only deep-fried food.

While I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy, it was clear that the staff at this location was not equipped to handle the volume of customers. This was evident in the long wait time and the limited food options available. While I do enjoy deep-fried food, I was disappointed that there were no other options available.

It's important for restaurants to ensure that they are adequately staffed and have the necessary equipment and supplies to meet customer demand, especially during peak hours. The staff at this location seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to a less than optimal experience for customers.

Overall, while I have enjoyed meals at Jack in the Box in the past, this visit left me feeling disappointed. I hope that the management at this location takes steps to improve their service and avoid similar issues in the future.

Absolutely horrible! Never get my order right. Never fails I have to wait out front to just have to go inside anyways to get the rest of my order or have them correct my order. Customer service is way off! This place needs ALOT of work. Nooooot fast, not good n not worth it. Save yourself DON'T stop here!

Every single time I go they don't take card cash only. Then today when I went they said they only have burgers. It's always something at this location.

Systems are always down every time I’ve brought myself to return here. I don’t understand how this business continues to run at all

They ALWAYS make you wait several yards from the window until they signal you to move to the window. Otherwise they're food is good & they're friendly!

I cant even get food from here because every time i go the doors are locked i can understand it being closed after sunset but the past 3 times i went it was around 2 in the afternoon the drive thru is open but not everyone has a car

I do not leave reviews but I am today this Jack in box don’t even deserve the star but they get it for the lady that corrected my order this time. Every time I go it is this young girl in the drive threw she’s rude charges me what she wants to charge me and has no customer service this last visit I asked her to upsize my combo I get my food with no receipt again and a small fry and a large drink I’m like it’s a small fry I asked you to give me a large combo she says and my kids are a witness I only charged you for a large drink I’m speechless at this point but I ordered a certain way to feed my girls so I pull up and it’s 845 the doors are locked and I’m banging on the door for 10 minutes she makes eye contact with me and keeps doing what she’s doing so I tried calling and no one answers so I keep knocking and the other lady finally comes to the door I explained and she just corrected the order and asked was that all that was wrong anything else I need to fix. It’s customer service baby that’s all I wanted if you don’t like your job quit don’t play with my money or my children food. The last time she wasn’t tryana give me my food or money. If you do not wanna work stay home.
