15Slow service and very rude, annoyed when we called to state our order was missing something.
Hit or miss depending on how much the staff care about getting you piping hot food or just getting you the food you ordered.

The food was kinda cold, the employee that waited on me thru the drive thru was rude and didn't give me my receipt which I asked for twice.
Went thru drive thru and ordered #21 combo. Coffee was cold, supreme crossiant and hash browns were Luke warm.

This place is 24 hours but they never are open the guy always says that they're short-staffed and they're closed well why is he even there then

I only gave one star because I can't give 0 stars. This is by far the worst Jack in the Box in Arizona. They close whenever they feeling like closing. No set hours.

Location shows this is 24 hours, every time I’ve gone here this location has the drive thru blocked off.
Drive through took like an hour to get through. Definitely not fast food. Such a terrible experience.
It looked like there were only two people working. They were keeping the drive through moving real well.
