Food was okay until I bit into a peace of hair. One star. People need to start wearing hair nets because that was disgusting.

In spite of being very understaffed service was pleasant. $3.50 for a basic cheeseburger is too much. Won't make that mistake again.

They sure do love charging you for everything you order but don't like GIVING you what you order.

Wanted a breakfast jack combo with a large diet coke (what I ALWAYS get from EVERY jack in the box for like 15 yrs) and the kid behind the counter said it don't give him an option for soda so I could only get a coffee. So I got a soda and 1 taco gross

Worst take out food I have ever had and I'm 75! Breakfast Jack was dried out, egg was completely hard and bun was stale. Over $8 for two sandwiches. PATHETIC and totally unacceptable!

Whoever was working at the time was awesome and doing everything yet still was so kind and polite, food was good nothing crazy as a fast food and im not sure how I felt about atmosphere pretty basic

You eat at one Jack in the Box, you've eaten all Jack in the Box. Food is consistent and is fast food.
This location has poor staff. Ordering through the drive thru I asked about and promotional item and tried to special order to remove a sauce but the employee questions why I didn't want the sauce and said my order was pointless. I did not appreciate being criticized for a very simple special order.

Destroys taco bell.

Better prices, more food options, open 24/7. My new favorite "420" food lol. Teriyaki chicken is bomb, but overpriced compared to Panda Express.

You are running a commercial for the Jack combo for 5 dollars. Not available in the store only on the app they told me. Look on the app. Can't find it, there either.

What happend to the amazing hospitality? Who put the rude old lady at the window? Both the cook (older male) and the old lady at the window were very rude and pushy. I don't think I will be returning to this location for a long while. I can't look at the menu for 30 seconds before they both hop on the intercom. No one was behind me and I also stated that I need a moment to decide. I am extremely disappointed with the service and still didn't get what I ordered.

If I could give this location a zero I would, my Wife and myself just went through the drive thru at 4: 00 pm and ordered 10 tacos, now as a 67 year old Arizona kids we have been eating their tacos for probably 60 of those years but, the ones we got today were not eatable, they were undercooked, grease was dripping from them and had very little to No lettuce, the bag by the time we got home was soaked in grease and we had to throw them out, these are now 2 for 1.79, at least the old 2 for a 1.00 tacos were eatable, these were disgusting! They need to teach them at this location that you don’t just dip them in the oil and throw them in the bag, they were literally that greasy and oily!

The food is always fresh when I come to this location however, they ALWAYS get my order wrong and they NEVER answer the phone when I call them to let them know it was wrong. This restaurant would be a 5 star location if they could just get my order right!

The establishment was poorly ran and they kept my card as I had to go in to get my credit card back.

I have been meaning to write this review for what seems like FOREVER! Kayla at this location is an absolute GEM! A blue diamond to be exact! I just looked up the most expensive and rarest gems on earth and that's it by far, and that's what this location has with Kayla! I don't know if she's management but if she wants to be they should secure her by making her management!
I usually get pretty decent service at most Jack in the boxes but absolutely none of them compare to to the service I get from her EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE! This might seem like an over-the-top review for a fast food chain, but considering the fact that no matter what kind of day I'm having when I leave this location I always leave with a smile on my face and in a better mood than when I came. That MATTERS, and deserves serious recognition regardless of what type of customer service it is. So THANK YOU KAYLA! For making my life just that much better each and every time I see you

Food was super greasy and for the price. Prices are way too high. The inside is boring.
Bathrooms were dirty.

Drive- through is fast, however, the fries are always old and crusty. So now I order fries no salt. To ensure they're piping fresh. What's the night between 3 and 4 AM? They shut down for the system. I know this because that's the time I get off work. Egg rolls are amazing Worth the price.

Sourdough Jack is my all time favorite here. I never think to take pictures of my food, I just want to eat it!

Would have given it all 5 stars but they were confused because the meal numbers were apparently changed on their system but not on the order board in the drive thru. The employees couldn't remember what the old combo numbers were.
