Jack in the Box, Phoenix AZ

Its taken me about a month to actually give this place a fair review and not post while so mad.
Management needs to step in and fix the customer service of this place! My last visit I was treated so rudely, I was, still am, just shocked!
It's too bad because I LOVE the fried foods about every other week from Jack. Now I'll have to travel an extra 3.4 miles out of my way to visit a different location. BLOWS!

Greetings! So, waiting up front isn’t exactly a problem for me and my family. We are really patient after all. We appreciate that the employees do their best to get the orders ready and out! I love the salads there! They are extremely delicious! It makes the wait worth it! Please keep up the good work and great customer service!

Really bad service, they cheat the system on the drive through. Worker always in a bad mood, order isn’t right. It’s just really bad, won’t be coming to that one ever again.

Dont go get your midnight munchies at this place. Everything tasted old and dry, even the soda was flat. Not coming back to this location

Time and time again i have gotten home and realised that i am missing something from my order.

Ordered cheesy bacon curly fries. The container was almost empty when I opened it. Felt like I was given someones leftovers.

Horrible customer service. The wait time is ridiculous. I have yet to pull through the drive through and they get my order right. Went tonight and yup i drove off and realized they didnt give me the drink. Fix this store!

Love the good but i feel they are always short staffed and that makes the wait really long. We waited for about 10 minutes just to order because window order are their priority

I normally don’t eat at jack in the box but decided to tonight as I’m sick and all I wanted was a spicy sandwich got my sandwich and frys sat on my sofa to eat and saw a damn small fly in my food so they not wash their lettuce I won’t be going back and if I do will inspect my food before driving off

I ordered some food on their app and got to the store they tell me they didn't receive the order but on my bank statement is says they charged me and I got nothing in compensation from them

It's an okay place but lacking at least you can escape the funeral home next door and grab a burger during your grandmas wake.

Food is fresh only some of the time I choose to eat here, yuck! Always reminded why I stop eating Jack in the CRACK

My tacos were soggy and disgusting also I did not get the ranch and hot sauce I asked for. Ruined my meal. Ruined my night
Bad service

I went to this location around 8: 30 p.m. To buy a breakfast combo (#26) on the drive thru, and the guy said he didn't have coffee ready, that I will have to wait 10 minutes, so I ask him how come they didn't have any coffee ready if it's on the menu. He reply saying that very few people buys coffee at that time, and I said.
"If is in the menu you have to have it"
Right?

Really disgusted when I saw the employee working at the fryers not wearing gloves, and puts in a batch of fries to cook with his bare hands.

They'll let you go inside order the food pay for it and then make you leave at 6: 30 a m a half an hour after they're open. Horrible service.

Has gotten better recently younger guy working night shifts drive thru is on point! Quick service and takes care of all the customers

Worst place ever the fries are alway cold. They make you pull up to the front to wait for your food but for what tho it always cold.
Never fresh food.

It's not the best but it's not the worst it's your average Jack in the Box but I will say that the night crew is way better than the day crew!
