They took excellent car of our pet and worked us in on short notice for an urgent issue. Highly recommend!

My dog needed an emergency visit to the vets office. Jackpot vets was fantastic and took my dog in same day. Dr. Autum was great as well as Ashley. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Jackpot vets. We love our pets as they are family too.

Warning! They require a 65.00 deposit to schedule appointment.
There is no refund if you don’t show or reschedule with inside 24 hours. This does not matter even if you were there on time. Hours are 7am to 7 pm. I had appointment for 6 pm. Was told just waiting on room to open up. After waiting 45 minutes we were informed they take in order of those waiting. I could reschedule but the deposit is not refundable.

Note we left at 6.50
With no estimate on wait time. The office person needs customer service training she said I should expect waits at vets. I think I did my part waited 45 minutes to find out they didn’t yet have time for me. Was asking for refund to much I don’t think so.

I was told Crystal the manager would call next day. Never happened only avoidance when I called back from receptionists.

I just took a foster into jackpot last month because he pulled his glue open on his sutures. They were the only ones who could see us. I ended up moving all my animals there. My cat needed blood work and x-rays and he was calm enough with them no sedation was needed.meaning I saved 200 and my elderly cat didn't have to process sedatives. Today on my return to pick his meds up I whiteness the most heartbreaking thing.
What I saw the staff do in response has solidified my choice. This is an office full of empathetic and kind people.

Thank you to every single person in that office, from the front desk to the doctors. You're all lovely and the care you take with owners is so very heartwarming. I personally hope my little guys will just live forever but I KNOW I'm in good hands with you all when I'm wrong.

Our 4 year old dog, Rebound, woke up on a Sunday morning and started losing the ability to use his rear legs. We were relieved Jackpot was open and willing to see him within 2 hours. By the time we arrived, Rebound had lost all use of his back end. Dr. Coy saw him and immediately knew the problem was IVDD, which without swift action could result in permanent paralysis. She immediately began calling Neurologists in hopes to reach one willing to exam our dog and perform surgery on a Sunday, outside of normal clinic hours. Her efforts paid off and within a short time, we were on the road to Phoenix headed to the Neurologist for surgery. Due to the swift response of Dr. Coy, her efforts, and the responding neurologist, Rebound is now on the road to recovery. He has full mobility again and is on the rebound, living up to his name! We are eternally grateful - THANK YOU SO MUCH, Dr. Coy!

Our pup woke up with a severely swollen face this morning and although it was a busy Saturday they worked us in a got our baby taken care of. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you Jackpot!

I just had to put my dog down. They were so nice and even helped me put some hair in a vile to keep his hair forever. I will come back again

We've been going here for years for our pups. The staff go out of their way to know our dogs' names and call to follow up after our visits

My pup was in distress and they managed to see him an hour before they closed and took great care of all of us. I can't recommend them enough, they are a true Jackpot.

Everyone at Jackpot Veterinary Center was very nice, kind, understanding, and they showed compassion. I recently had to have my dog of 15 years euthanized because of her failing health, and they explained everything to me and gave me as much time as I needed to say my final goodbye to my best fur friend this was the by far the hardest decision I've ever had to make but having the support from everyone at Jackpot Veterinary Center made it a little easier. Thank you for all your help with my fur baby it meant a lot to us!

Best vet in Tucson. We took our dog in because he was in bad shape. He was hospitalized the entire first day and unfortunately had to be put down the next day. They were so caring and kind throughout the whole hospitalization and euthanasia process. When we picked up his paw print we were given a card that the staff had each signed with very sweet notes. A very unfortunate and heart breaking situation, but everyone was fantastic and empathetic, which made it easier. Will definitely be taking our other dogs here for regular checkups in the future. Dr. Hoover was our vet and she is amazing, nothing but good things to say about her and the rest of the techs.

To be completely honest, if you have unlimited money to spend on your animals you'll probably have a 5 star experience, I do not. Dr. Coy (might have spelled it wrong) is excellent. I actually recommended jackpot to my sister, as both of our dogs have been having issues lately, and she started taking her dog to jackpot. Today we both had the displsasure of talking to April, and that is why this is a 3 star review. For me, she gatekeeps me from talking to the vet my dog has been seeing, because she has not had an annual exam? In two months she has had two exams and bloodwork twice; and now I can't get advice for the change in my dogs bloodwork without scheduling another appointment? Also, pricing is double relative to some other vets

We took our dog (Ted) in for an emergency procedure this week. Dr. Grady was so personable. We felt very comfortable leaving Ted in his care for the day. His Vet Tech Ashley is amazing! Very caring and you can tell she loves her job. They really made us feel at ease with a very stressful situation.

So great about being able to get scheduled quickly and put your mind at ease. They are so living and great with your pets.

Made me wait a long time outside which I didn't mind that much. But took forever to get results of tests while my cat is sick that kind of unsettled me. Otherwise they were okay

Forced to wait in the car for more than half an hour in the heat (arrived to an appointment 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes for a transaction taking less than 5 minutes).

To top it off, the tech returned my dog to my car with the lead unclipped from her collar. I was given no warning of this whatsoever. My dog could've jumped out of the car and run into traffic or something. When we got home, I was searching for my dog's lead but it was left laying on the car seat instead of secured to her collar like it was to start with.

Ridiculous.

I am so grateful for this place getting my sweet Maggie in for some stitches when our other dog attacked her over a ball. It was a little bit of a wait but beats getting turned completely away or paying over exaggerated urgent care fees some where else! Genevieve the tech was amazing and gentle with her! She was kind and apologetic for the wait. She carried Maggie out because she didn't want to put the harness over her stitch and hurt her. Thank you to all the amazing staff who are over worked due to shortages in vet techs right now. We appreciate you!

Had an issue with our dog while visiting family. Jackpot Veterinary Clinic was able to see us quickly and get her checked out. The staff and vet were extremely nice and helpful! If we lived in the area we would absolutely use them as our full time vet! I definitely recommend them.

First time I've been here. Had to take my dog in after I got home to find him lethargic and had vomited. They are still in the remodeling phase so I had to wait in the car. The staff is all very patient and very nice. Did not seem to be rushing thru the visit at all. Lab work done quickly, about 30 minutes and X-rays in about an hour. So far, I like this place. Hate to say it like this, but I can't wait to try them out again, although I hope I don't have to! Lol!
