The front girl Crystal is so sweet honest and very good customer service. I brought my Buick Rainier in they did a great job on my alignment I definitely recommend this place over any digital alignment place

Tried to charge me for 1800 in repairs when all I needed was an alignment these guys are scam artists

The brakes I bought wore down and started grinding in 1 1/2 years (30,000 miles) not worth the money I spent

This shop has the most professional people. From their office to their technicians. I was referred by a friend and they have a customer for ever. I've been to a lot of shops in my day but I can say they are the most honest people I've ever met.

Jack's Auto alignment is great. I highly recommend them. Took my toyota sienna in for an alignment and they did a great job and it was less then 30 minutes. They don't try to upsale you.they're are honest. I'll definitely go there again.

They help when I went there to get my car aligned they told me they couldn't give my car an alignment. When they explained the reason and showed me proff of it that helped me figure out why my car was shaking on the interstate.

Best in town alignments hands down. My opinion as a professional truck driver and limousine driver.

Drive an hour to get there but absolutely worth it. I've had them do alignments on multiple cars and wouldn't trust anyone else in the valley for the job. Simply put, if you're anywhere in the Phoenix area and need an alignment, don't go anywhere but Jack's.

I came to Jack's after a botched job at a national chain and couldn't be happier. Professional staff, quick, fairly priced services. The best by far.

I had changed a wheel bearing hub so I needed an alignment. Didn't have much of a wait. No worries about selling me more than I needed. Told me my tires were junk which I knew. Car drives noticably better and it had an alignment like 6 months ago with new shocks. Then I went and got new tires. I'll always go back here for alignments.

Went in for an alignment but apparently it was ok and one of the mechanics said I don't own them a dime. He also gave me pointers on a problem I was having and enabled me to do it myself. I will recommend anyone to this place and will go here for any future service

I on Tuesday brought my passat to Jack's Alignment for a four wheel alignment so they werent able to do the work cause i needed my bushings done on my lower control arms so i then returned back to Jack's Alignment on Thursday the went ahead and did the alignment in less than 13 minutes and when i drove off the facility i noticed my car was worse off after the alignment was completed i highly dont recommed this company not only did they screw up my car they werent willing to fix there mistake and they tried to tell me that my year car was designed to always vier right and there was nothing they could do to fix it due to the way vw made the cmar when i asked to speak to the manager KEN (who has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen he pretty much said i cant stand dealing with you type customers you know nothing bout alignments and too bad i had my employee work on your car and you got what you got and I'm not willing to do anything more for you so now my car bounces and shakes horribly now left to right and literally turns right i dont recommend using this rude unprofessional shop for your car they dont care about you and they will charge you for fake uncompleted work i just brought my car to another outfit and they said JACK'S ALIGNMENT and the employee for them didnt even adjust the right side tow it was still at -14 which explains why it was turning right don't go here your just gonna waste your time energy and hard earned money on horrible workmanship i give JACK'S ALIGNMENT a
