Since I live 100 miles away from the office from my last move, I wanted the service I could count on accuracy on the sale of our house. Therefore I used their web access to send my forms. Then the return came back so we could sign it at the house. Just days later we received our refund from IRS. Fantastic service I could count on!
Joan was very professional and very knowledgeable in preparing our taxes. She asked good questions and thoroughly understood the process in achieving accurate results. We would highly recommend her.
We used Jackson Hewitt last year and were so pleased. So this year I called to make a appointment with Joan who did our taxes last year. I asked what the fee to do taxes were and they told me on the phone $67 for one and $72 for another. Plus we had a schedule c which would add to the price. So last year we paid $237 for taxes including
2 schedule C's so today when the price at the end was $560 dollars I almost fell off my chair. The manager did give us a discount but it still ended up being $481 dollars. Joan was the sweetest lady ever so it's no fault of hers. We just won't be using them anymore. That is just a ridiculous amount to pay for what taxes we had done. Thank you Joan for your help.
