Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Glendale AZ

Unfortunate that the individual treated us like we didn't count. We stated our appt was for 4: 00.she thought she didn't have an appt until 6 and took another lady, before us as she was there just for signature. We had to wait 20 minutes and then she didn't even confirm our names as she continued to assume we were her 6: 00 appt and getting a refund. After I stated our names she then requested my husband's ssn and didn't ask to see any ID. Towards the end she wanted to pawn us off to someone else as her 5: 00 was there. She thought it ok to short us time. I stated that she didn't start with us until 20 after. She said I know and continued to talk to someone to take our appt over. She stated that the next appt was going to be difficult and complicated so she wanted to get busy with his stuff. I felt very disrespected through the whole thing. Very rude, but she seemed to think she was the greatest person doing her job as she teaches.

We were so pleased with J. Klein! We were in a difficult situation and she was so gracious and totally helped us. We are so thankful.
