Andy and Matt never fail to impress. Could not be happier with the job the do and I highly recommend Jackson's above the other ones I have been stuck using for one reason or another.

I just found you guys when I happened to glance overand see your "$5 wash on Tuesdays & Wednesdays" sign. I got my car washed last week and it came out super clean and smelling AMAZING! I just read on the other reviews about the free vacuums, towels, and floor mat washers, all of which I missed when I was there, so I will look for those next time. Thank you for offering those discount days for those of us who are on a very tight budget! We appreciate it!:)

It didn't even get the bird poop off the roof. Doesn't have all the things when you vacuum. Air blower or towels. For $10 For a basic wash I won't go back

I never was called back after their car wash destroyed my paint. If only I had used a sand blaster instead!

I've been told Corp will contact me after this location buried its head in the sand to avoid me.nothing but crickets!

It's hard to endorse or refer others when your own issues are ignored.

I recently visited Jackson's Car Wash and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. I was initially greeted by Jose, who listened to what I was looking for and found a great package to accommodate me which included a free car wash for another vehicle as well. Matthew and Andy, the supervisors really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and my car was in pristine condition. They both took time out of their day to address my concerns and provide further cleaning services to fully meet my expectations. My car looked brand new when they were finished. Throughout the entire process, the team was friendly and courteous. Their excellent customer service truly made the experience enjoyable and will definitely return!

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are half off! Some vacuums don't always have the best suction, that's the one star off. The place gets the job done. You can vacuum and then wash or wash and then vacuum, the choice is yours. Happy washing!

I have been coming to Jacksons CarWash for years. Treated like a king and my truck is always immaculate when I leave. Andy, the supervisor, knows my truck and my expectations. He ensures anyone who does my truck meets those expectations. Thank you Andy, you are a true professional and an asset to Jacksons.

I loved it, the staff was very attentive and very fast. I used a coupon I found on the internet with no problem. Definitely the best car wash express

They close way too early and they stop taking cars thru the wash before the 6pm close time listed on their site, they will shut the vacuums even if there’s customers still using them.

The days of Jackson's car wash are gone and it has become a big upsell scam. I wanted a $80 wash with leather done and they kept on trying to sell me a $300 package. Just when I thought they were going to sell me the actual service, he then rang up $150 package and said if I wanted more than a "light" vacuum, I would need to upgrade. What an embarrassment. Will not be back to any of this franchise outlets.

Not well wash specially back of car.
Not dry well and lot of spot's tha mussed when wash.

I have been a client here for 2 years and so many of the vacuums don't work trash everywhere. Not sure what is going on but it used to be clean and the vacuum did work.

Drove up behind a car because I was in a hurry to get a car wash. Sat behind that car for almost 4 minutes. While the one of the salesman tried to sell them a windshield repair. Another salesman was standing there listening to the whole sales pitch. Neither one of them made it point of trying to get me through. So I backed up and left went to another car wash
