Jacksons Car Wash, Phoenix AZ

A couple of weeks ago had some service done to my car and got a complimentary car wash. My service there is always great and so well priced. Also think this was the best full car Wash I've ever had -even there. New manager by the name of Carrie seems to be very Hands-On and always checking everything. I highly recommend them!

Come here a few times and month for a full service wash & it’s always an excellent experience. Quick and friendly staff!

They took $349.98 of my money without giving me any services! I was told on the 9th I would have my car polished, interior work, smoothing out the scratches for the 12th of March. When I arrived, they didn't remember my appointment nor were they ready for me. They claimed their computers were down. With having an appointment, they didn't even bother to call me, to save me a trip. I gave them my phone number again, to call me when their computer problem was solved! They never called me. So I asked for a refund becuz I didn't get what I paid for, they wouldn't refund me! So now, I am speaking to my bank and an attorney to get my funds back! Who knew these people were a scam? To take money for nothing!

Heard some good things about this car wash from a friend and figured I'd take my car in for it's first detail. Bought one of their more premium detail packages and I can confidently say it was not at all worth it. It took 3 hours and nearly $200 to get a poor quality wash as they totally forgot to clean the front of my car from the looks of it.

They treat there workers so wrong for $10 an hour Worst place ever they hire people like just to take money from you, I went and looked at a paper in the shops and it said $3000 in up sales dont ever come here

Took over 3 hours for a wash and interior clean on a monday. Way over sold me. Waste of money and time.

Went to get my car wash at Jackson's and I had the best experience there. The staff was very friendly!

I got a detale on my car and it came out great, I will be coming here all the time. They have great customer service and they always have my car sparkly clean and smelling good.

Everyone is amazing great service until you get to the end the SUPERVISER is so RUDE! Can't believe they have someone like him there but overall the rest treat me GREAT!

I'm a freaquent Jackson wash customer and I've had nothing but amazing shines after my car goes through the tunnel and comes out nothing but a great team and quality work especially on packed day they'll get you out fast but efficiently 10/10 I definitely recommend

Wow been to many washes an had the best experience in quantity an quick service no other carwash in the east valley gets my 5 star rating but JACKSONS on 20 st an highland. You lookin to get a car detailed an clean an lookin like new its JACKSONS for you. So like me go get your car lookin new.

Whoever "Zo" was that helped dry my car was super helpful and offered to help fix problem, directing me where to go to get said fix. Once there, I was refused any type of help, being addressed as the reason for problem created, and was then explained I can pay for fix instead.

Paid 15 bucks for less than a 3 dollar car wash. Terrible. Do NOT go here!

I had my car detailed a couple of days ago, and I was completely impressed with the great work they did.

They did a great job but the wait was a lil long overall great customer service the service writer Gus was amazing! Cashier Grace was very helpful nd had a wonderful personality!

Probably still really owned by Danny Hendon, why pay as much for gas with an overpriced car wash, as at QT a block away. There are plenty of self service car wash and vacs around for 3 to 5 bucks. A lazy fool and their money are soon parted at Danny's.

I personally love it there. The service writers are decent but the services are awesome. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my car looked brand new. I definitely recommend going there for a wash and oil change. They are the best

Came in this morning the cashiers were very helpful answered all my questions! I WILL BE BACK! Awesome place
