Michael duke I think that his name but anyway is the best worker at Jackson. He did the best job I’ve ever seen at any Jackson location. He’s very kind and really took really good care of us. Next time I come to Jackson I’ll make sure I’ll ask for him!

Mick dzke i think that’s his name the tall blond man was very helpful and nice he led me to his supervisor and i seen him working on my truck and he was fast and I even tip him cash because i was that impress.i would recommend everyone to come to this place.did an amazing job vacuuming in between every spot. 5 stars plus the cashier in the lobby was really nice also!

I have been a loyal customer of this location for a while and use them for all of my vehicles oil changes and washes. That ended today when they snapped the antenna off of my truck and proceeded to tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. I thought it was common practice at a reliable/ reputable car wash to remove parts that they know can potentially be damaged. The manager that I dealt with then proceeded to tell me there is a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for these types of damages, which is not posted anywhere when you pull your vehicle up and choose the services you want. He explained it’s posted on the door when you walk in. So you’re expected to leave the vehicle, on your walk into the inside of the car wash notice a little sign, then proceed to turn around backtrack and remove your antenna. Based on my experience and some of the other reviews I’ve read it’s probably best to take my business elsewhere anyway.

Juan is the bomb, I come all the way from Cave Creek to get my car wash at Jackson’s you guys are the best.

I had my car detailed. When I went back for a wash I saw all the scratches were still there. I spoke with Marcos and he brought over the detail manager Saul and they redid the detail and did a a great job. Wonderful way to treat a regular customer. I was impressed by their actions.

He is the best, Manager I ever had he take good care of me every time I come there so I give them two thumbs up. His Name is Marcos Camacho

Daniel did a fantastic job detailing my minivan! With three little boys it was in pretty bad shape. When I picked it up it looked like a new car! He also may be the friendliest /most energetic human being I’ve ever met. Will definitely be back!

I want to say this 8108 store i like Jesus is well respect employee he works great at the finish line and does amazing job I see him at a gray shirt but in time if you see what I see soon he should be wearing that blk shirt

I recently had my car detailed here and it was amazing. Daniel was the one that handled my car and he was very nice. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone I know.

I had my VW Beetle in to Jacksons for a complete detailing service. Daniel was the expert handling my car and I am so impressed with the job he did. The interior looks amazing. Actually clean! You can't even tell how many years of dirt and grime were peeled away.

The staff, here, understands what customer service is all about. They are fantastic! I noticed a discrepancy with my bank account where I felt I had been overcharged. The manager was polite, gracious and worked hard to resolve the issue. The assistant manager, Chris, worked with me and followed through to have the charges reversed. He was over-the-top helpful and did everything to treat me with respect and turned a bad situatation into a positive!

I went here to get my van cleaned out, I have four very young kids. They had made a huge mess in the car and Daniel and his team were able to get my car in brand new condition totally recommend it and surpassed my expectations thank you I will be back

I've been coming to the car wash for years; the workers here are great! I love seeing Melissa's smiling face she always makes my day and probably eveybody that she cashes out she's awesome. Keep up the good work see ya next time

Priced comparable to other washes, the level and speed of service was excellent. I enjoyed meeting the front counter girl who was thorough and courteous. Once I made it inside the building, my car was washed and ready to go in about 15-20 minutes. The price will probably keep me returning regularly, but I would definitely recommend Jacksons.

They have friendly people in detail shop who always give special tlc to my vintage SAAB David Bradshaw

Sometimes I get charged an extra $1 for an "oversized" vehicle and sometimes I don't. No one can answer why though, I've asked. If you do other than a basic, most likely they won't charge because it's more money. If it's a basic then it seems as if you're charged. Charge it or don't depending on what a customer gets as far as a wash. Make up your minds and be consistent!
