Lily has been wonderful in listening to my issues when it comes to my aches and pains. She even find areas that I thought were not related to my issues. Otherwise she’s very patient and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend!

I called and scheduled an appointment and later rescheduled that same day to a later time. On each occasion I spoke with the receptionist.
On my appointment day I drive all the way across town only to be greeted by a receptionist who tells me that they have no record of my appointment. Are you kidding me? I wasted my whole weekend because I had to schedule around this appointment.

The receptionist didn't even say sorry.

Being a former athlete, savior of two botched foot surgeries, now diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, I have tried various Pain therapies, but acupuncture has been so beneficial. My acupuncturist Lily Sandlin, is AMAZING. Lily is attentive, understanding and compassionate. Her treatments have been instrumental in getting me out of my walking boot. I am now able to walk short distances.
She gives me hope for continued success to be pain free. Thank you Lily and Jade Star for your compassion as well!

Recently had a massage from Amber and it was perfection in every way. Perfect pressure and focus with all mentioned problem areas addressed. Left the session on cloud 9 & so much tension relieved. I have tried other places in town and been sorely disappointed. Jade Star is the local gold standard. My only suggestions would be to add more massage therapists on staff and to accept VA referrals again.

The staff here are the best! Kelsey, the patient coordinator always greets us with positive energy and is always super helpful. I’ve only had a few appointments with Lin, but she’s amazing and she really takes the time to get to know you and your health history. As well as making you feel comfortable during your appointments and explaining everything in detail. Everything is super clean and they provide a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my family and I highly recommend them!

The facility is tucked away-peaceful, quiet and meticulously clean. The staff was wonderful-friendly and kind. But mostly pleased with the wonderful treatment

Jade Star is fantastic. Providers actually take the time to do a thorough health assessment and gather a holistic understanding of patient needs. Treatment modalities are explained in detail and as a patient you feel like an informed collaborator in your treatment. Beyond the providers, the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lily is amazing! She has helped me with pain from 3 metatarsal fractures. I have been struggling with pain for a few months and it has prevented me from being able to hike/run. After just a few visits Lily was able to pinpoint the pain, and help me heal. Thank you!

I through the VA had started accupuncture and like I thought it really did nothing to reduce the pain I was experiencing and well I was pushed off to a new one. Ok well I went through the first secession with Esmeralda at jade star and I felt different/ better so ever since I get more results. I can't tell you how happy I have been since then. Esmeralda is gifted and a god send to me.

First time for accupuncture and I have to say it has been quite the experience. I was referred here by the VA to help with some neck and back pain. My acupuncturist has been doing a great job with treatment. Thank you!

Still the best! Her care is top of the top. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is always clean and organized. Pricing is fair and good.

Erika is the absolute best and I’ve gotten acupuncture for over 12 years in 4 different states! She is an excellent listener, phenomenal practitioner, & truly cares. Her treatments & herb suggestions have always been spot on for me. The office is beautiful. The staff is helpful, professional, & caring. Thanks for taking such great care of me!

There is nothing that compares to the care I Recieve at Jadestar Acupuncture! Very Friendly staff, beautiful and relaxing environment, and attentive health care providers for my whole family.
