James J. Gentile, PC (Chandler Office)

My mother was coerced into visiting this attorney by her sister and my half-sister, months after my father died. Mr. Gentile drafted a trust disinheriting my brother and I, leaving the sole beneficiary my half-sister and my aunt the alternate beneficiary (along with her husband). If this attorney had dug any deeper into the family background he would have discovered my half-sister has been a drug addict my entire life and was taking advantage of our mother. Not to mention had been previously disinherited by the trust drafted by none other than my father: 15 years previously. Oh yeah, my father, who had just passed, was an attorney that specialized in estate planning. I can guarantee this attorney did not do his due diligence to assess the situation nor the level of coercion and possible elder abuse.

I would not recommend this lawyer to my worst enemy.

I recently had the opportunity to work with the law office of James J. Gentile. His entire office staff made the entire process so easy. They were great at communicating and sent over all the documents in a timely manner. I definitely encourage others to reach out to his office for all your POA, trust, and will needs.
