We had a fun visit on Friday. Great music, excellent staff, and decent wine of which I ended up buying a bottle.

OK. We're in Northern AZ. A winery? Gave it a chance. Not fancy, We thought the tasting was pricy ($24, about $5 for a third of a glass). (In CA some areas are free to taste. Maybe we are just cheap.) The reds were not served at a proper temperature. We selected 5 reds for tasting and immediately got a flight of 5 small vials of wine and a glass. We expected more of a one on one with the host and a poured serving for each taste. This was self serve. No discussion of each wine's features. Felt like, "here you go, let me know what you want to buy".

Spent our money on tasting and left. You would think a discount would be given for tasters. Wine was not good enough for the asking prices.

This was the first winery we went to in the area and it was BY FAR our favorite. It’s family owned and you feeling the warm welcoming as soon as you enter. We met a really nice couple who travelled to the other wineries with us and also said this one was their favorite. I highly recommend going if you are in the area they are also pet friendly!

We visited this winery on our cross country trip. Unfortunately, we arrived right as a wine tour was being taken care of, so we got lost in the fray. Once they moved outside to their cute yard, we were served tastes of all the wines on offer. We chose to enjoy our wine on the patio they have, and ended up buying a bottle before leaving! Very pleasant experience

A delightful property with a variety of comfortable zones to chill out over a flight or glass of tasty wine - predominantly red. Choose from their extensive shaded picnic grounds, covered patio seating, or cozy tasting room. Javelina Leap is a dog friendly winery with friendly servers and loyal, repeat patrons.

Too pricey for the quality of the wine. Wine tender was not very helpful. More worried about rushing us through before tour bus instead of providing us an enjoyable experience. I would not recommend this place. Instead go next door to the Oak Creek winery!

This was our first time going and what an experience! Anusha (I'm quite sure I'm spelling her name incorrectly) is amazing! While clearly knowledgeable, she's the type of person that you could just hang with all day long.

Once you get past the amazing standing bar area, there's so much more outside the door. Aside from the amazing Arizona room, the seating outside is more than pleasant enough and don't forget about the live music.

Maybe you're only interested in the wine? Well you're in luck as everything we tasted in our flight was quite good. There is something for everyone. Oh.the label on the bottles? Yeah those are fantastically styled too. Just go and make an early afternoon if it, you won't be disappointed.

Strike TWO on this trip to Page Springs. It was of course busy on a holiday weekend. But yet again, getting passed over by a group that came in after us is a deal breaker. We had to walk out. We ended up at Paige Sprig Cellars instead. They were very busy, but knew how to handle it. Go to Paige Springs Winery instead.

We’re new locals, and have the luxury of visiting wineries weekdays and when they first open. We’ve one more winery away from completing our weekly crawl, but Javelina Leap has set the bar higher than the past three along Page Springs. First, the wines were fabulous and their wine competition medals on display for Arizona and San Francisco competitions were earned. Generous portions for their flights, a larger selection than the other Page Springs wineries and seating options from the tasting room, the Arizona Room and plenty of outdoor, shaded picnic tables and chairs to simply relax, enjoy the wines and fellowship. We enjoyed the Chef’s charcuterie, the presentation was creative and the cheese, meats, olives, peppers, crackers and bread were delectable. We each finished off our visit with a glass wine from our flights of the 2019 Red Canyon Cuvée and the 2019 Rockslide. Steve greeted us, gave us a tour and we settled in at the bar. Our hostess/wine tender was one of the nicest, friendliest and informative staffers we’ve met in Verde Valley. Definitely heading back, soon!

First off.who couldn't resist loving this place, based solely on the name! I love it! I was the photographer for a wedding here a while back. I love all of the property. Well maintained, great food, friendly staff. Everyone was really happy (well, I guess with good food and award-winning wine, who wouldn't be, right?) They have a quaint outdoor space for the wedding ceremony and a nice spot for after-celebrations too. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.

Wines were ok but staff not very friendly or helpful. Can’t blame it on being too busy but heard they were slammed the day before.

This winery has some of the best wine I have tried. If you like dry red wine, this is the place for you! Don't hesitate and check it out! Also, the Inigo Montoya Flatbread pizza is a must! Plenty of places to sit, indoor and outdoor with a relaxing atmosphere!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at Javelina Leap Winery. Make certain to order the charcuterie plate. We’ve had it twice, and it was a bit different each time, but did not disappoint.

This was our first time here and Out of the 3 wineries that we tried in the area, I enjoyed this one the most. I didn't try the food so I can't rate that. I'm rating the service, wine quality, and servings. There are several welcoming areas that they have where you can enjoy your flight. They aren't stingy with their wine like a lot of these places. Live music is definitely a plus which I enjoyed, on their shaded patio with plenty of tables and chairs. It's a beautiful place has a vintage vibe. Love the decor. There wasn't a very big crowd when we arrived so service was very attentive. They also have an outdoor park with lots of benches, green grass, shaded trees and a gazebo covering picnic tables where you can also enjoy your flight. Perfect place to enjoy your wine in any space you'd like!

The wine is good and they have a nice property with more seating than you would think by looking at it from the outside. If I had one suggestion for them it would be to limit the number of tour groups that can be there at one time. It was a bit overrun when we visited and that detracted from the experience.
