They will steal from you! Stole my husband's card information and started charging for a monthly service. Go in and nobody knows anything. Call number on statement and that was useless. Said if I talked real nice he would help. Saying please and thank you wasn't enough. Car comes out still dirty. Ripped rear wiper off my truck so I stopped going in and they have dirty rails for the tires and left nails stuck in my husbands tire. Just realize you're in the hood and go to the super star wash on Olive. Unbelievable.

The sign says that it’s open 6: 30 am to 7: 30 pm DAILY.
Well I arrived at 6: 32 am and it is now 6: 42 am and it is still not open. Talk about false advertisement.

I've given this car wash too many chances. It's the closest one to my house but I'm done going there. If you go to the BBB site there's even ex-employees that tell you the truth about this place. The owner just doesn't care and it shows! The so called "spot free rinse" is a total lie! I can't stop there and wash our truck unless I have time to park and dry the whole thing, otherwise there will be spots everywhere! It's horrible! Sometimes it's worse when it comes out. It's sad because I really wanted this place to the one we used all the time as we wash at least every weekend. And warning don't ever sign up for the unlimited washes for $24.99 a month or you'll have a hell of a time trying to cancel it! Grrr
