They were contracted by our apartments to find the source of water leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment. Our maintenance people looked in my storage and didn’t see an issue. Dave came up and noticed right away. He and Bruce were able to fix the issue on my end to that ultimately corrected the leak downstairs.
