The last time I brought my pup to Jeannie's, I walked in before she was ready and saw her ears dripping wet and she was shivering up on the table! The groomer did nothing to calm her down. It upset me and made me a little mad. I thought groomers were to have compassion and a genuine love for animals.
I was treated rudely at checkout too. No wonder my pup hated going there!

I took a dog over there to get groomed I went back over there to pick up a groomed animal very happy with the service.would recommend 4.7 star rating

They took my doggy on a walk-in basis and did an incredible jobs and they are so reasonable

This is now the only place I will bring my little 10lb pup. We've been coming here for a couple years and Christina is amazing. I recently forgot to schedule an appointment so I went to a different groomer close by and it was a disaster (shaved, razor burn)! Jeannie's does book out but it is worth the wait! Prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks for taking care of our pup! We're looking forward to our next appointment with you!

Very bad service took my dog to them 3 or 4 times for bath, every time when we went they charge us with different price from $80-$95, when I asked why is that they can’t give me a reasonable explanation. And the staff over there is not friendly at all drag my dog to the back of the store while I was still there watching!

Jeannie's Grooming is awesome! My Buddy loves his day at the spa and they treat him sooo well and he looks AMAZING when they're done with him! Thank you so much for taking care of my four-legged friend! You're all awesome!

I have been taking my dogs to Jeannie's grooming for the past 10 years. They are reliable and do a great job grooming all three of my dogs. They also charge less than most of the groomers in this area.

Take our cat to get groomed here and the staff are always super nice and attentive! I’ve been coming here for almost two years and can’t think of anywhere else to go for pet grooming.

Yikes! The staff is so rude and unprofessional. Cuts are not that amazing. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but just had an extremely unpleasant experience recently. I will Never be returning my business to jeanies grooming.

My puppy is super nervous about getting groomed and I'm nervous about leaving him with anyone. Our experience with Jayme at Jeannie's grooming was top notch. They communicated with us the whole time. Kept my sweet boy comfortable and did not groom him until they gained his trust. Her level of customer service was astounding and refreshing. We already have our next appointment setup and are looking forward to seeing Jayme again. Thank you again!

Great cat grooming at Jeannie's. Both our Jekyll/Hyde kitties come here for lion cuts instead of baths now because of long fur. They act like they're being murdered, but Christina and Charlie are patient and experienced at handling their temper tantrums. Jekyll + Hyde are much happier afterwards thanks to these ladies.

Fabulous! I am always pleased with how they make my little girl, Vail, look just like she did when she was a puppy. They really do care and that is just what my baby needs. Thank you Jeannie's ️?

I had an 11 AM appointment for my cat to be groomed. When I did not hear from them in 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called. I was told they hadn’t started yet. Meanwhile my cat was pinned in his carrier, One hour I was told. 1 1/2 hours later, I called again. I was told the cat was finished and we were called. Of course, that didn’t happen because we were home sitting next to the phone. We should have been notified beforehand to let us know they were behind and we could have dropped our cat off an hour later. They should have called when he was done and not lied to us. I hope Jeanne reads these reviews as we had been taking our cat there for almost a year. And how about an apology? Didn’t happen

Our two dogs really like Jeannies and are excited when they see it. We can open the car door and just follow them to the door! At pick up both are completely taken care of: trimmed, bathed, and pleased with themselves.

Moved here a few months ago and so happy to have found this place. Reasonable and professionally run.

Huge shout out to Jessica at Jeannie’s Dog Grooming! No one has been able to successfully groom my dog in over a year. I love him but he has a huge fear of the groomer and has terrible behavior Jessica was able to groom him in one hours time and he looks amazing! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!
