As a new patient, I found the staff and clinicians were courteous, competent, and met my expectations.

If I could give negative stars I would. No regard for time, 1.5 hours on a med check and no doc. I finally had to leave as I am not 75 years old and have nothing to do all day. Each time I wait in excess of an hour. HORRIBLE office management and office staff don't care. Just shrug their shoulders.
