Jena Gable is very knowledgeable and experienced. She worked hard to sell our house and negotiated a good price acceptable to both buyers and sellers. Our house had a lot of damage from prior renters, and she had good recommendations for reasonably priced contractors to help with repairs prior to putting it on the market. She communicated well through the whole process and kept us well informed all the way to the end of closing. She has a good no-pressure approach, unlike many agents we interviewed. Jena Gable went out of her way to help us with a sale of our house. We live out of state and had driven there after a tenant had moved out to repair some items. She worked tirelessly, plus doing things that other agents never bothered to do.
