I was unhappy with her decision making with my surgery. I would not recommend this doctor. She caused me excessive unnecessary pain and did not care about my aftercare. Her aftercare was not in my best interest.

Dr Reitz performed the surgery well but the environment and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. After surgery, the staff made me feel like they just wanted me out the door. They made me stand and attempt to leave before I was able. I told them I felt faint and they still tried to get me into a wheelchair until I fell and could have hurt myself further. They seemed annoyed that I was unable to move immediately after surgery and just wanted me out of there. Never come here if you want staff that cares about your well-being. They do not care about you, only getting through you.

I first met Dr. Reitz when I was going in for a consult to have my gallbladder removed. The meeting was quick as she was busy in between surgeries, but I felt like she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. My HIDA scan proved that my gallbladder was barely functioning, so we set a date to have it removed. The day of surgery went well and I was only in the operating room for about an hour. The surgical center is not overcrowded and I felt at east with my nurse and anesthesiologist as well. Although I didn't consciously see her a lot, Dr. Reitz helped me feel better after a year of suffering with a confusing diagnosis by removing my gallbladder without any complications. My pain is gone, and I hardly take acid reflux pills any more.

Dr. Jennifer Reitz is an excellent surgeon. She placed my port and removed my port. Dr. Reitz has excellent bedside manners and always answers all your questions and makes you feel comfortable! Also she has always been on time for my appointments and was early for my last surgery. She also went above and beyond after my surgery to check on Thyroid ultrasound results for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Reitz. One last thing is the surgery center she uses by her office the nurses and staff are awesome too!

Dr. Reitz did gallbladder removal surgery the day after my consultation, four days after being diagnosed with gallstones. When the surgical center (that she is part owner of) wouldn’t allow the procedure there due to some other medical issues, she got me in to Mercy Gilbert for an operation the same day. She made sure we understood what the procedure was, the potential for an additional procedure, and post-op recovery. We’ve now had experiences with two doctors in the practice and I would go there without hesitation.

I had a great experience and was very happy with the treatment I received. She was able to address my issues in a very timely manner and did an amazing job. My recovery has been minimal and feel so much better. She had great bedside manner and answered all my questions. I would definately recommend her.

Dr. Reitz did a Hernia Surgery on my Husband who is High Risk and no one wanted to touch him for close to 2 1/2 years. Not only did she do the Surgery, she kept our mind at ease the whole way through, from the beginning stages of just negotiating doing it or not? All the way through to the end. End result.she did an EXCELLENT job, with such a nice incision line it looks great you can barely see it, and my Husband can now have a quality of life that we weren’t sure was ever achievable. So to Dr. Reitz I say “ Hats Off to you” if anyone needs a Great Surgeon, she’s definitely the one to go to. Thank you Dr. Reitz from our whole Family ️

Excellent pre op, op, and post operative care. Surgery for abdominal hernias was much more involved than was suggested by imaging. Repaired 8 to 10 hernias, 1 large and 1 almost strangulated. Skilled, kind, and empathetic.
