I recently went there for box braids and was very impressed with their service especially going there for the first time after a major disappointment at my former salon, there are so many reasons why i like them. 1. They greeted me with respect when I walked in they all had smiles on their face. 2. There was such a positive vibe when I was there no one was just quiet and moping around and I didn't have to worry about them making mistakes. 3. The communication was very good they kept asking me how I was doing and if anything hurt. And 4. The money I paid was definitely worth it, They hair was on fleek and everywhere where I went people would ask where I got my hair done and I would tell them just go to Jenny's African Beauty Salon

Wow I was so impressed with the quality of their services. They understood every I told them, and they satisfied all my needs

Had an appointment scheduled for 10AM had to wait 30-40 minutes before my hair was actually started on. The individual that was set to braid my hair was at home sleeping, knowing that there was an appointment set for 10AM. I was quoted $120 by Jenny herself, once in the establishment I was told three different prices I would pay. I ended up paying the price agreed with Jenny and myself. I had to reach out to Jenny more than once during my visit, while Jenny is very professional and presents respect her counterparts ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. Into starting the style, the individual stated she didn’t hear me express my desires yet acknowledged them with an “ok” after stating them and before beginning the process of my desired style. With that I was told to call Jenny (I assume she thought Jenny would side with her), and Jenny cleared it up with her. After that, she leaves me, takes a counterpart to the side, and discusses me due to HER not following what was set up beforehand. She did a great job braiding my hair and measurements, but what she absolutely failed on was the most important thing as a hairstylist, PARTING the hair! Jenny was made aware of all of this information, and has NOT acknowledged the parting issue, although she did her best to make my visit as smooth as possible.

The professional hair braiding team at Jenny's African Hair Braiding Salon were AMAZING! Their service was Stellar and Gave me a warm welcome that I have never seen anywhere else I have been coming to Jenny's Salon for only a few days and I have already recommended over 10 friends they all love it very nice warming and compassionate people they have such a strong culture. Absolutely LOVE the experience. At Jenny's Salon they treated me like family. I love the service love the staff love the hair LOVE LOVE the price love. They gave me a great deal for less then everyone else. Haven't had any complaints or any reason to. If you don't think they're the best you better check your facts. You NEED to come to Jenny's Salon the perfectly assembled team comes with skill, courtesy, kindness and the ability to go above and beyond for the customers satisfaction.

The best experience of my life they are very professional if u come to this shop you are guaranty to leave looking on point I come from Seattle just to come to this shop in Arizona this is the best shop in Arizona for us brother's and sisters u pay for what you get and they have really good deal's and this is a family own business it is very safe and professional and has a very good welcomeing inviroment and good customer service.

I went to the salon for the first time and got my hair done in singles the ladies are very nice but my hair didn’t come out the way I wanted it to I had to pay 180$ for a terrible hairstyle that should’ve only cost 40$ I am very unsatisfied and I will never return back to this place sorry not sorry.

I always get my hair done at Jenny's African and braiding salon. My hair looks so beautiful. I recommend that you go and check her out and watch how people will ask where did you get your hair done at.

I'm happy to be a customer in the great salon, i don't care about the bad reviews. I strongly believe that this shop is the best salon in Phoenix Az, let's give it to Jenny and her girls, for their great customer service, i don't know what I'll do in Phoenix Az with out you guys, I'm from Texas and when i will be ready to move back home I'm moving with you guys haha, you guys are like my family now, I love Jenny african braiding and beauty salon.

It's hard to find great stylist / braiders in Arizona. But here at Jenny's salon the energy is great, you'll feel very welcome and The stylers are friendly with great prices. But what I really like is how friendly and welcoming the owner is with her customers, love it here. Thanks Mrs.jenny and crew

The worst bradis I have ever had done! Got box braids, supposedly, they're skimpy, all different sizes and just not enough braids. Pathetic. They're so busy rushing to get done & get you outta there, that they forget about quality. I don't mind being someplace longer as long as the end, results in nice, quality work. Guess I'll have to travel home, to LA, /Cali, to get it done right.

When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted with great hospitality and a big smile. I really enjoyed all of the hard working ladies in the salon. My braids came out beautiful. I definitely will be back and with my daughter. I am so glad i found this place! They do everyones hair. Thank you Jenni's. I found a place that will do my hair exactly how I want it. See you again, for sure.
