I brought my puppy here for her first grooming experience and everything was great! It's close to my house which is ideal, they did a really good job, and the price is very reasonable. I like how they use texts/emails to send communication. The groomer was super sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and did a great job! I will definitely come back!

Thank you for the outstanding service. The girls are very professional, friendly, and took such good care of my boys. They were so happy at pickup! I love that they get to roam around freely. I cannot thank you enough for being so carrying towards them as well as me. Jens will be the only salon I will take them from here on out.

My dogs love coming here and my cat as well! Our older dog is a rescue and has a hard time with people he was abused and still is scared easy. Jens pet parlor the girls are so sweet to our poor old guy have even let me stay his first few grooms just so we both feel more comfortable. And as for my pit bull sadie forget it she is IN LOVE with the shop owner jennie is a total push over for her. Love that they also have some one just for the kitties I swear shes like.the cat whisperer or some thing. Great team! Also the owner MAKES leashes collars and harnesses and sells them there that are beautiful! Such talent. Will NEVER go any where else

I visited this place today with my 5 month old shih tzu puppy. They did a great job on him. Treat him so nicely, Clean place, Not crowded. Took good care of him, Very good grooming. Thank you guys

Lauren did such an amazing job on my husky mix (more like a collie mix by the type of fur he has), Charlie. This was his first time at a professional groomers since we adopted him about 8.5 years ago, and they were so kind to him and made him look spectacular at a reasonable price. She put so much work into making him look and feel good, we were very impressed. We couldn't be happier or recommend them enough, thank you thank you!

Lauren saw our mini labradoodle today and I could not be more happy with his visit. Our puppy has tons of energy and she was so good with him. She let him explore and check things out. As first time pet owners she gave us ways to better take care of our boy and his coat. He looks and smells soo good! Thank you!

Took my dog in today and my sister took hers a day befor. Both dogs look amazing and were happy to be there and were happy when i picked mine up. Best experience with both Jen and Nikkie. First time doing the grooming thing and im super happy. Thank you both for the best experience. Definitely going to recommend you guys to everyone I know.

Loved my experience at Jen's pet parlor! The staff is very sweet and they had my maltipoo cut and clean within an hour and half, reasonable pricing and no cages. Definitely coming back again.
