I have had my truck in service here for about 2 weeks now and I have called about 10 times trying to get a hold of someone and they just never answer or if they did they would send me me to someone who didn’t and would never get a response back. Even left voice messages from them and no answer.

We loved our visit to Jerry Seiner's! The sales people that helped us - Gilbert Riviera and Destiny Cervantes, were both SO Amazing! Very helpful and courteous. I recommend you ask for one of them on your visit!

Sadly I have had the worst experience. I bought my truck a year and a half ago, suddenly my Ram 3500 truck went out, I took it to get it fixed and they tell me they can't because they don't have a mechanic. Can I wait until October, mid-October, today being 09/16/2023, I feel scammed and deceived. I have to emphasize that they never wanted to call the owner or manager. Very tap people told me that they couldn't and that's it, they don't have workers who have left and a lady told me that she was the supervisor that there was nothing to do, my truck has been having this problem for 4 days and the dealer simply wipes his hands.

We bought a 2024 equinox from here. We had a sales rep by the name of Destiny. She was amazing! Super kind, informative, and not pushy. We have had bad experience with their service department, but decided to give it a try in the sales. We don’t regret it, because of Destiny, we stayed! We also had the privilege of working with David, Kathy and got to meet the general manager Gabe who were all so nice and helpful!

Best part about dealing with Jerry seiner was financing with Kathy. Kathy dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s. I left there with no questions because she was very thorough. She made the process enjoyable fun and fast. Definitely recommend Jerry seiner and ask to deal with Kathy when you do!

Just purchased our new Jeep grand Cherokee with help from Juan, Paul and the sales manager Luis R. We had a great experience from start to finish and David was quick and thorough with signing paperwork with us at the end! Great team, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change & a check engine light. Get to my appointment, start checking in my vehicle and I ask to make sure my appointment was what I Scheduled it for, since the tech did not say. The tech informs me it would be at least 7 days for someone to diagnose the check engine light but they still want to do the oil change. The tech informs me he would hate for me to leave my vehicle at the dealership for a week. Not very honest or professional.

One of the sales managers attempted to change the numbers we agreed to related to a vehicle purchase when I went to finance to sign the papers. When I noticed the discrepancy, I called him out on it. He became defensive, aggressive, called me names and actually cussed with other employees in the room. This Chevrolet dealership is dishonest and shady. I recommend EVERYONE stay away from this dealership unless you want to be taken advantage of. The manager mentioned above is a cheat and lives up to the stereotype of being a sleezy car salesman. A complete joke and waste of time.

Worst service department! 7 am appointment, 3: 57 and was told they couldn't complete a hour job today. I feel sorry for my salesman trying to make a living. (edit) My truck is fixed. The service manager told me to take my business elsewhere, service, and vehicle purchases. My 88 dollar repair ended up costing 200 and tied my truck up for 2 days. I guess from now on I'll find a different dealership to spend money.

I can't explain how pleasurable my experience was here today. From the moment I had contact with this dealership, they have gone above and beyond all of my expectations. I originally made an inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted immediately by Garret (on a holiday), no less. The next business day it was followed up by text, phone, etc. They absolutely had my best interest at heart. I visited the dealership the following Tuesday. There were several employees who extended their acknowledgment of me, even though they had nothing to do with my sale. I want to personally thank those who went above and beyond for me. First and foremost was Gilbert, Boston Dave, and Kathy in the finance dept. I honestly have not experienced, a more relaxing experience, ever. I want to thank all of the team members that make Jerry Seiner Chevy top-notch. I will definitely be using this dealership in the future. I was treated like family. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience. Definitely a 5-plus experience. Thank you to all who made this a stress-free visit. Bought a used Chevy Cruze here yesterday. Great price, fantastic people, from top to bottom. The vehicle was gone through thoroughly. Checked out the vehicle thoroughly, cabin filter was even new. Overall great experience. My wife would love to go visit daily. Not gonna happen.

We were ready to call our car shopping to an end, but then we rolled in and saw this gorgeous Camaro! Joe was beyond welcoming and accommodating. Gabriel helped us get a great deal and was so easy to work with. Would recommend these two guys and the dealership to anyone looking for their next car!

I've taken my Jeep there, for warranty work and/or service 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years. It is a 2021. None of the experiences have been very pleasant. My experience with their sales team, a couple of years ago drove me to Tucson where I bought the Jeep. I was hoping the service department would not be so bad. I had to take it in last year because the auxiliary battery was having issues. They did the diagnostics to confirm and had to order a battery. A couple of weeks go buy so I call them up and their like, oh yeah, we got the battery, would you like a service appointment? DUH! I had them do an oil change, also, but when I picked up the vehicle I noticed it still had the old sticker on the windshield. I pointed it out to the service guy and asked if they had actually changed the oil. He said, yes or course but we don't do the windshield stickers anymore. Anyway, took the Jeep home and it won't start the next day because they had left one of the connectors loose and it lost contact on the way home. Had to have it towed back to them. They did hook me up with a rental since it was under warranty, though.
This time I took it in because the main battery wasn't keeping a charge. I was going to wait in their lobby while they worked on it, like i had done on a previous visit, but they said, even though I had an appointment they couldn't guarantee they would get to it that day. WTH? Ok, it's under warranty can you get me rental. We don't do that anymore. So, I walked over to Enterprise and got my own rental.
The Jeep was due for another oil change and, interestingly enough, they put a sticker on the windshield! I could go on but there's not much point. Maybe the drive to Tucson would be worth less frustration.
