I ordered and pre paid for a sub box on Thursday for Sunday pick up at 11: 30. The red headed gentleman, i believe his name is Jagger was rude, nasty, cussed, refused to help customers besides me. When he made my sub box this morning he didn't wrap them and put them in the box! When I asked if they could put the subs in the box, he refused nastily said he was too busy and I could do it myself. Well, I requested that they package the subs in the box THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR! He also refused to give a paid customer an iced tea in place of the coke he ordered. Jagger was nasty and REFUSED! That customer left angry as well. Yet, while I was waiting for my sub box, Jagger gave a Female customer a free soda.why could he give away a soda but not switch out the other customers soda.that was paid for? This guy should not be allowed to interact with customers.

Very rude and the worst customer service ever. Coming from someone who used to work at jersey mikes, the quality of the sandwich was terrible. Jersey mikes is still good, but this location is the worse.

Do not order a pickup from this location. They either make your order way in advance and you end up with a cold sub that should be hot or a soggy warm sub that should be cold. In person ordering is no better as you're going to wait in line for 20 minutes. I really want this to be a better experience as Jersey Mikes has a great menu and their charitable giving is commendable but the employee situation here is horrible. Plus every sub comes wrapped, then placed in a bag and then placed in another enormous bag. In that giant bag there are no napkins. C'mon guys, its all about execution and that ain't happening here.

This sub place is one of the worst places to eat I ate a sub from here an been sick sense not recommend place to eat at all if there was a negative five stars I would definitely get it an this is not the only one I also tried it when I was in California nasty to thought maybe it was just the one out there nope Disgusting all the way around so I would avoid this place

They made the wrong sandwich and I had to go to work, so I had to take the sandwich they made. They compensated by giving me a discount that made my whole meal much cheaper and I was happy with that, plus the sandwich was pretty good.

Poor customer service, and lack of bread, you would think a shop would know how much of each item to have in stock, but this place runs like a rookie

After talking to a manager about the other store and sharing my experience today. I will now drive an extra 3 miles to this location. So proffesional. I was suprised in all honesty that they even answered the phone. I will be visiting in the future.

My dear friend was kind enough to bring me the sandwiches I asked for - an Italian type combo and another tuna. The Italian leaked white “dressing”, had a very thin slice of tomato melting into the copious amounts of shredded lettuce and overall tasted like no meats and cheese but a grassy field. Never again.

Ordered 1 sub through the app and arrived to pick it up at the recommended time. There was already 5 other people ahead of me still waiting for online orders. They could not start my sandwich until 25 min after I got there. Get home to find my white bread was overcooked dark brown and crispy on the ends. I did not want a baguette sandwich.

I love going to Jersey Mike's as I must eat gluten free. The gluten free rolls can be quite dry, but ordering a hot sub with allergy alert produced a delicious and edible bread, made safely. I visited today, ordered a hot sub gluten free, but was told that "we were told we could no longer make hot subs if you have an allergy (to gluten) " I was so disappointed! Emailed the owner to clarify this policy and awaiting a response. So if you are a gluten free diner, beware. I will update later.

Visiting my sister from San Clemente this week, am a member and huge fan of J. Mike's. We ordered Italian subs from this location for Super Bowl and were really disappointed! Small, dry and skimpy on ingredients. Requested banana peppers, nope, none. Moving here soon, will try a different location or go to Jimmy John's I guess.

A+ Catering. Thank you for making a sad family event simple. I didn't want to make any difficult decisions or put thought into any meal planning. The manager Jasper was very helpful and took the order into his own hands for me. The food was made on time and pickup was effortless. I appreciate you!

Went to JM at Cactus and Tatum at 7: 45 to get a Cheesesteak sandwich, walked in and the guy behind the counter quickly informed me that “The grill is off and we are only doing cold sandwiches” I said, what time do you close and he said 9: 00 but I like to clean the grill at 8: 15 and I have to turn it off. I wonder if the owner knows that his menu shrinks an hour and fifteen minutes before closing? I ordered tuna in a bowl and he opened a plastic spoon to get it because all of the serving utensils were already gone. I paid for extra tuna and didn’t even get a normal serving.

The level of service started declining as I went down the line. The guy taking the order was excellent and clearly cares. The guy putting on the toppings cared a little. But the kid at the register didn’t care at all. It was comical l how much he didn’t care. Even threw my final sandwich in the bag despite my hand being outstretched to grab it and place it in my bag. I didn’t say anything because it was busy and it’s hard to get people to work right now. So props to him for actually showing up, I guess.

Employees seemed lost and didn't really know what to do. I ordered my sub and I received it within 3 minutes of them taking my order. My finance ordered a hot sandwich. When we got there a younger woman was waiting on a hot sandwich she did not receive it until our hot sandwich had been made and that took over 28 minutes to finally get. During the time we were waiting for the hot sandwich 4 people walked out, one said something about the slicer being disgusting looking, it was, it was full of ground up meat and cheese. It took so long to get the hot sandwich that by the time we were able to eat, my sub had soaked through and was a big wet mess, the bread feel apart and made a mess.
The younger kid that was running the register had gloves on and was playing with his hair and face and never changed gloves. He had long hair that was all around down the front of his face and sides. Luckily he never touched either of my orders.

I will never ever go back to this location, I would rather skip a meal then get anything from here for any price.

Something seriously needs to be done, management really needs to do something. This is also at least the 2nd or 3rd time we have had issues with this store.
